Now nearly a year later after extracting the ok teeth they're refusing to finish my treatment. Apparently my heart medicine is making my front gums swell, so if i dont get my front gums lazered (by a dentist they choose), i can no longer eat food. Well except yogurt, rice, pudding etc. I am in my 40's!!!! Note, my gums are not swollen in the back where I need the implants (2). I have been to my PCP and I can not take any other other heart medicine because I am allergic to it and this has been told to TAYLOR DRIVE DENTAL. They told me if I don't pay their guy at Shorline dental, they'll refuse me. Now I know why all their dentist left including mine. The money they want for 2 implants is over $12,000, plus what they want for their pal at SHORELINE wich came to $12,032. Over $24k for 2 implants!!!!!! They are trying force good hardworking people into sizeable debt to line their pockets. PRICY DENTISTS ARE ONE THING, LYING AND MANIPULATIVE DENTISTS WHO TRY TO FORCE YOU ARE DESPICABLE! I will never call them again, I wish I could sue them for taking out my teeth under false pretense.

The Technician double masked also explained new equipment. A special machine with tube near my face took the air near us back into the machine. I was in the chair on time. All the staff were courteous and professional, and seemed to enjoy working there, and to like working together. Wow! Everything from exams, to X-rays, to cleaning went fast and because they use an ultrasonic water system to "powerwash" the teeth, there was little of the traditional scraping to be done. I noticed much less discomfort with my gums after the visit compared to what is usual or normal. Dr. Patel and Hygienist Cheri were very thorough, thoughtful and courteous. I was so relaxed I warned them that I might fall asleep in the chair. Checkout was fast and I received a detailed statement before I left. I'm sorry that I don't remember the names of the assistant and receptionist but they too were very pleasant and polite. The charges were fair (mostly covered by insurance but even if I was paying out-of pocket I would deem them very reasonable). I decided to give them another chance and scheduled a second appointment. I confirmed it twice before coming in today and was told everything was set. When I arrived, they once again said I was not on the schedule at all. I even had both the email confirmation and text confirmation showing the appointment was made. It's extremely frustrating to take time out of your day, show up for appointments you confirmed, and still have the office act like nothing was scheduled. There seems to be a serious issue with communication and organization. Patients deserve better treatment and better customer service than this.
