I asked about getting my teeth cleaned because I just moved here and am on a 4 month cleaning schedule. I was told I would have my teeth cleaned. When I came for the appointment, they just took X-rays. They can't schedule a cleaning for 9 months.

One of their patient came out from her procedure and stood at the front desk while the receptionist kept her head down. The lady paced around the front desk for few minutes looking for something before the receptionist finally asked her what she's looking for. All lady wanted is a pen. Always acknowledge your customer or tell them, "I'll be right with you". I left them because I had similar incident. I went there to pay my bills and the receptionist did not acknowledge me, I stood in front of her for a good few minutes. Then I get a unhappy look from her and asked me "can I help you?".

Now nearly a year later after extracting the ok teeth they're refusing to finish my treatment. Apparently my heart medicine is making my front gums swell, so if i dont get my front gums lazered (by a dentist they choose), i can no longer eat food. Well except yogurt, rice, pudding etc. I am in my 40's!!!! Note, my gums are not swollen in the back where I need the implants (2). I have been to my PCP and I can not take any other other heart medicine because I am allergic to it and this has been told to TAYLOR DRIVE DENTAL. They told me if I don't pay their guy at Shorline dental, they'll refuse me. Now I know why all their dentist left including mine. The money they want for 2 implants is over $12,000, plus what they want for their pal at SHORELINE wich came to $12,032. Over $24k for 2 implants!!!!!! They are trying force good hardworking people into sizeable debt to line their pockets. PRICY DENTISTS ARE ONE THING, LYING AND MANIPULATIVE DENTISTS WHO TRY TO FORCE YOU ARE DESPICABLE! Northstar dental Group and Dr.Curtis have changed that fear and dislike with only a few visits. Sensitive/understanding/ and patient are only a few words that could describe the team. Non-judgmental & optimistic, they have surpassed my expectations of how my teeth could look, and feel like.
