My recent visit was my first one, having moved to Sheboygan not long ago. I liked being able to schedule my appointment online, and complete all the paperwork online in advance, Upon arrival all I had to do was check and sign my paperwork. I was in the chair on time. All the staff were courteous and professional, and seemed to enjoy working there, and to like working together. Wow! Everything from exams, to X-rays, to cleaning went fast and because they use an ultrasonic water system to "powerwash" the teeth, there was little of the traditional scraping to be done. I noticed much less discomfort with my gums after the visit compared to what is usual or normal. Dr. Patel and Hygienist Cheri were very thorough, thoughtful and courteous. I was so relaxed I warned them that I might fall asleep in the chair. Checkout was fast and I received a detailed statement before I left. I'm sorry that I don't remember the names of the assistant and receptionist but they too were very pleasant and polite. The charges were fair (mostly covered by insurance but even if I was paying out-of pocket I would deem them very reasonable). This place gets 5 stars for their practice management and their dental services. Thank you! I will definitely return in 6 months for my next visit and highly recommend Aspen Dental on S. They just want quick cash. Going in for an xray they wanted to pull my wisdom teeth out which was not necessary at all. Trying to get my chipped tooth filled in they instead filed down my teeth. After trying to fix my the filing with them they told me I would need a crown. The money grab is insane! If you are going in for a cleaning it is fine. But they will try to add onto it with extra things you don't need! read more

Had my xrays and exam earlier this week Dentist told me i have nice teeth yet I have a chipped tooth and I should get it fixed before it would need to be pulled.. thats fine. I went back today for my cleaning the hygienist says we i need to check your pockets of your teeth before we get started.. Well 5mins in and she says u need to have a deep cleaning for some of your mouth. she went to talk to dr and check insurance because i have bone loss by the back 2 bottom teeth and they no longer can do just a regular " healthy cleaning". So she brings the dentist back to tell me sorry we cant just clean your teeth today its has to be a deep clean and it will now cost you $205 and we have to reschedule an appt.. Wait what I came in to have my teeth clean insurance would have covered it but now I cant have that "healthy cleaning" i need to do this deep clean pay $205 out of pocket and reschedule.. I said No please just clean my teeth the next time I understand what I will need.. the response Sorry cant do that.. Then Ill go somewhere else where they will clean my teeth read more

Dentists and staff were very professional at all times. My only bad experience with this business was when I had to call. Not sure if the call goes to a call center or the receptionist takes it, but they have always been very rude over the phone. read more

It was a few years ago, but not the nicest dentist. My teeth were pretty good and he told me that the could clean them, but it was up to me to keep them clean. I had a bit of tartar and a broken tooth from biting down on an olive pit at Disney. read more

I went here few years back as I just moved to area. Dentist, older fella who talked with a bit of a bronx accent was the most rude SOB ever! Talked down to me like I was his kid. Told me all my moler's were bad, and needed to be pulled or eventually all my teeth would fall out. Not ten minutes later they bring me in where gal is using same pressure tactics to sell me dentures. I was shocked! They obviously cared nothing about people. All about the money. I walked out soon as she started her sales pitch. Month later I went back home to visit my old dentist and told him what happened. He told me they are nuts, Aspen dental is the worst place you could ever go! Your teeth are fine. I had a neighbor who went there and they pulled all her teeth. They never fit right(the dentures) and the whole experience was a nightmare. She never wears the dentures. read more

I do like this place as a dentistry practice. It is a small business, I think it is only 5 or 6 employees, but all of them are very kind and helpful. My one complaint is that the wait times are fairly long, as much as half the time you spend there you could be waiting. But it is affordable and they get the job done. read more

This was my first trip to Aspen Dental. I had an appointment for 11am. Someone walked in after me without an appointment and was taken back right away; I was not taken back until 11:20. I was then asked a few questions and told I needed to wait for the dentist to find out what kind of X-rays were needed. This took another 25 minutes. The dentist came over for a few minutes and was fine. X-rays were done and this was fine. They sent the hygienist over to me who was nice, but tried to sell me a $100 toothbrush. The woman who made the follow up appointment for the cleaning was great. Overall, it was just a frustrating experiencing of sitting and waiting, which made for a unneccessarily long appointment. read more

I've never been so disrespected by a dentist office .So i made an appointment at aspen dental for a broken tooth Saturday night. I made the first Monday appointment i could . I found out i need 2 teeth extracted , so i went and met with the finance guy . I told him i was paying cash , and he didn't like that. He called me a dumbass for not coming in sooner , gave me amoxicillin and sent me home until wednesday extraction . I called back later , as my pain was at 10/10. They told me a dentist would get back to me , and at closing time i had to call the dentist myself. She was rude to me about asking for a pain pill so i could sleep and told me to " tough it out " . i filed a complaint with the corporate office , only to get a call from the regional manager minutes ago telling me they don't want me as a patient . So now what? It will take at least 2 more days before i get the damn teeth out , Aspen dental , sheboygan wi if anyone wants to know . read more
