Mike is the best. I have a 1981 FXE that I bought 20 years ago. Having not ridden it in 8-9 years in did not run very well and it was virtually impossible to shift gears. Well I figured I couldn't ride it or sell it so I was on the hunt for a local independent motorcycle shop. Now understand I have nothing against Harley dealers but I feel you need someone who loves and understands the older bikes. That's where Mike comes in. He's got a small shop just outside of downtown Holly. He came to give her a look. You could tell by the look in his eye and his excitement that he loves these older bikes. He took it home and brought her back to life. Rebuilt clutch, new tires etc. and now she runs like a top. Kudos to Northstar Cycle Specialties. Can't thank him enough. read more
