    I have been taking my cat there since she was a kitten. They really show that they care for her almost as much as I do.

    They no longer want to see my dog, after we just gave them $10,000 for my dog needing TOLO's on…read moreboth back knee. One of their technicians was very rude and disrespectful to and I asked to speak to the Veterinarian and Kelly came out to tell that they no longer will see my dog! I was shocked that they allow their employees to talk to customers rudely and disrespectful and the customer and their pet gets kicked... it is not right! My dog needs special care with shots monthly because his allergy to pollen is so bad and we do not have Vet's near by that handles large dogs! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT TREATING THE ANIMALS, IT IS JUST A MONEY THING!!

If for vaccinations then for vaccination, if for small animal surgery-neuter for small animal. But when I went today and explained that I made the appointment for vaccinations and small animal (for neuter) I got a little frustrated when the manager said that it was only for vaccines and that I had to reschedule another appointment 3 weeks to a month from now. The appointment even said "Provider: We have you all scheduled. Thank you. Drop off is between 8:00 and 8:30 am. Please do not withhold food or water from your pet PRIOR TO SURGERY." I went to drop off my pet and that's when everything started. If the vet os the one who schedule surgeries, why is there an option for you to make an appointment for surgery? It makes it confusing and frustrating to have to wait that long for another appointment. Funny thing is that the "MANAGER KELLY" didn't work with the client and just was very rude overall with a frustrated client that, to her understanding, was already scheduled for surgery. I gave two stars because the rest of the staff, vets included, has been very helpful and good. But the manager that's in charge of appointments and everything else was not!! She didn't even try to understand why I was frustrated, treated me like I was a irrational and crazy because of something like this. Update: Keeps getting better. Send me a letter that completely missed the mark (one side of the story was heard-if the letter was really sent by the owner [manager takes care of that also]). 1. Was not impartial-""complete" review by our staff" (a. about the manager that makes their payroll.), 2. Comments were made that do not reflect what happened or what I feel about the situation, and 3. Very unprofessional. It looks like a copy/paste or a generic type letter with, maybe, a sentence or two added by who knows. Also, one thing that I didn't include was how racist the manager of this clinic was. I didn't included that in the original review because I don't want to play the race card but the letter was inappropriate. Specially when you make a decision based on one side of the story (probably influenced by her position)

    Horribly embarrassing! Started with buying a gun safe and…read moreending in 3 squad cars and 3 officers joining me in getting my refund for the safe that the manager couldn't figure out how and when he did figure it out he wouldn't load it i know that sounds crazy but that's what happened I'm thinking he damaged it thats why he wouldn't load it. 3 squad cars you would think it was a bomb threat or active shooter or something.i can't imagine what the manager told the police to get them thare i was never charged with anything but was told i was not allowed back at tomah Tractor supply. 60 yr old on high blood pressure meds shopping with my girlfriend i don't carry any weapons of any kind and don't act of look threatening at all so why the police were called is crazy. My family and I have shopped at tomah Tractor supply for 20yr or better and spent 10 of thousands thare you would think we would be valued customers?? I guess not. 2 weeks after district manager calls me asking what happened why the police where called. Good question I told him i would like to know why to? He told me he would have to investigate more in to it. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything and don't expect to. I don't expect to shop at tomah Tractor supply anymore we are lucky to have so many farm supply stores with in a hour from us 15 or better and I don't now how many coops theyson right here in town and another less then 30min away which has why more than Tractor supply we don't need tomah Tractor supply at all. When you save money on cheep employees you sacrifice service to valued customers! If a employee has the right attitude and proper people skills I would have gun safe and Tractor supply would still have a valued costumer BYE BYE TRACTOR SUPPLY!

XPS…read moreattempted delivery after the store closed (according to the store) and took it back to warehouse. Not much of a chance of Saturday delivery. This was a time sensitive order. Don't trust the delivery times claimed. If you really need it and it's not on the shelf, I'd go somewhere else.

They seemed unwilling to acknowledge their scope of practice could be enhanced. Disappointing vet visit and worse customer service. We took our new rescue dog here because it's closer to home than our previous vet. When we first called to get an appointment, no one answered in the middle of the week in the middle of the day. I left a message, but got no answer. I called again and we got an appointment set up. When we arrived, the service was very friendly. For a new client appointment, it wasn't very thorough. Dr. Buley did not examine our dogs teeth, paws, rear, or ears, and did not request a stool sample. Our dog moved away as the vet touched her, and she didn't try to examine her more. We left dissatisfied, having paid $150 for a vet to have baby talk with our dog. We then took our dog to another vet, which diagnosed her with two types of parasites, which were successfully treated. I called back here to try to get a refund, because the vet visit was not cheap, and to let them know that their exam was not up to par so others wouldn't have the same experience. Again, I had to leave a message and call back later. After speaking with the front desk people, they said that they would talk with the owner about issuing a refund, which I understood. A week or so goes by, and no call or email from the owner about a refund or discussion about the appointment. I call again, and have to leave a message. When they did call back, they did not acknowledge that the exam should have been more thorough, nor did they seem interested in our concerns about the visit. Very disappointed!!!
