However, they have treated me exceptionally well for the last several months. Let me explain. I bought my car from the Al Piemonte Melrose Park location. They suck. Anyway, my wife insisted I get the oil change package (I hate going to the dealer for oil changes, so I was dreading going to any location for this service. I have a great mechanic who does a great job with oil changes (https://www.autosolutionscenter.com/), so I was bummed that I was stuck with the dealership. Anyway, a few months into ownership, I got a letter about a recall and that I needed to bring my car in to get it fixed. I hate the Melrose Park location, so I put it off. I then got an email from Gillespie On The Go offering to come to my house to fix the recall. Okay, now we're getting somewhere. I asked if they do oil changes and I had the package, so they came out and did both. And in under an hour. I had them come out for another oil change. They said they had to charge me because I have to bring my car in. So I paid, but need to check as the service department told me that's not true, but they wanted to double-check on it. I also had an issue with the CarPlay not connecting in my car. They sat with me for an hour and a half to figure out the issue. We collectively figured it out, but they didn't charge me. They have such an awesome service staff. I will always go to them over other locations depite being nearly a half hour away.

    I came in today5/16/26 for an oil change on my 2024 ford escape…read more I have had 2 oil changes prior to this and always got the "the works Package" $69.95 for semi-synthetic oil tire rotation etc. I also had a $10.00 coupon which should have made it $59.95 When I called and scheduled the appointment I verified all of the above mentioned the service advisor looked up my car and he verified the exact information. Had an 8:00am appt. got there early worked with Sean Gerst again, told him it was the $the works package gave him my coupon. When the car was done, he informs my husband & I the total was $83.00 He claims the TECHICIAN said it only takes full synthetic. If that were true, why did your technians on the prior 2 oil changes use semi synthetic oil? I have all the receipts. and why didn't Sean come and speak to us BEFORE anything was done? All he could say was the tech said so. I don't appreciate being ripped off! This was a $16-$17.00 dollar difference. I never had any problems when my go to service advisor Jeff Vollmer was there, which I found out he left. Jeff was my service advisor from another dealership for a long time. We were thrilled when we found out he was working here when I brought in my Hyundai Tucson for an oil change. That's why i bought a car from Gillespie because of the service from him. I want the difference refunded to me if not the whole amount based on the dishonesty alone. It wasn't a mistake on Sean's part either Oh, and on the invoice from today it states semi-synthetic oil was used! Nice scam guys! Sincerely Debbie Annis

    I don't know what it is but every one that works here has an attitude and is extremely passive…read moreaggressive and rude. My first time going there they told me I didn't need an MRI even though I was having the worst back pain in my life for over a week. I ended up going to an immediate care that ordered an MRI For me. After the MRI I found that I had a herniated disc in my low back. Today was my follow up with them. I arrived 10 minutes early like they said I had to and finally at 4pm 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment someone brought me back into a room where I waited another 20 minutes the physician assistant not even a real Dr came in talked to me for about 5 minutes told me I needed an injection but I would have to go to Gurnee for it. Went up to the front and the girl informed me that they only have Fridays available which doesn't work for me because that is an extremely busy day at work for me not to mention Gurnee is really far for me. The girl next to her had this smug look on her face like she was about to laugh. I don't think people with that kind of an attitude have any business working in a medical office. Every single person I dealt with there had an attitude . If you value your time and your spine avoid IBJI.

    Overall DON'T GO HERE. If you want to work with front office…read morepersonnel that know what they are doing and you value your time, you should go somewhere else. You will struggle to get answers to your billing questions. The people at the front desk can't answer many of your questions because they don't have access to systems. Even the front desk manager doesn't have access to these systems. On the PT side the managers are therapists themselves, so they are often with a client and don't have the availability to answer questions, and/or they don't understand how the operations work, so they can't give you answers. On the physician side, your time doesn't mean anything to them. There have been numerous times that I have had an appointment scheduled and have had to wait upwards of 1 hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. (More detail below about this on how they nickle and dime you). Billing Even the managers don't have direct access to billing system, they refer you to the billing department, which can't answer your questions because they don't know what happens in the faciilities (i.e the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing). The actual bills you're provided are very confusing and it's hard to decipher what's being billed, what has been paid by insurance, and what you owe. There have been have been multiple times where I have paid off a balance in full, been assured that there are no other charges or balances due, then the next time I go in I'm told that I owe the same balance I paid the last time. On the physician side in particular, they nickle and dime you for everything, For example, they charge you for the length of an appointment in increments of 15 minutes. They calculate the length of the appionrtment by taking the difference between the time you check in until when you check-out, even though the majority of the time you're waiting for the doctor in either the waiting room or in the exam room (see above). They charge for menial items such as a band-aid or a gauze wrap (at a rate that exceeds what it would cost to buy an entire box of said items at a pharmacy). Moral of the story, if you don't want a headache after relieving whatever other pain you're experiencing, DON'T GO TO IBJ!

    Thank goodness for honest people…read more I had my oil changed at one of those quick oil change shops. They advised me that there was a leak in the transmission coolant line that they could not repair but they had a friend down the road who could. The D Wells people looked it over, while also performing a top-to-bottom check and could find nothing wrong, saving me around $2000. I have only terrific things to say about D Wells. I am especially impressed with their communication and, judging this this episode, their honesty.

( I was very happy with them but it turned out they only do small and easy stuff and then tell you put a bullet in it. I am very disappointed )
