In late 2018 I added a Toyota and bought tires and rims for it from them. In 2018 my wife had x-ray treatment for breast cancer so we didn't put her snows on that year but did put them on to the Toyota. When I went to get the Toyota snow tires put on, I discovered that they had thrown away my wife's tires and rims. They claim that they would have phoned to notify me. They did not. They do not have a record of disposing of them so they can't tell me when they did this.

Called in to get a quote and booked the appt for later that afternoon. It's a small, one vehicle at a time, set up with a comfortable and clean waiting area.
