They reported…read moreinaccurate information and our warranty was denied so now we are on the hook for a multiple thousand dollar payment. They waited until the denial came through before contacting us and saying they still needed to order parts. We had asked them to be ordered regardless as we were confident that it would have gone through warranty per conversations we had with the selling dealership. No one contacted us to give updates and we have had to call in to get any answer. The last response was "we have to fit you in between appointments." Then why even bother having an appointment? We were never offered a loaner, never given a true timeline and still are being brushed off. We are fortunate enough to have two cars and people to help with rides. I don't know what we would have done if they weren't available to us. Now they "ran into issues" even though we were assured they could handle the work! Also, Jason Higbee doesn't answer either! I would tow my Jeep back to Texas before ever setting foot in this place again. Sadly, I have no idea when I'll get it back anyhow!

He comes back with a list of trucks that were white, cloth interior and everything in between. After the second try he found what I was looking for at another dealer. He then quotes me a price of MRSP and insulted me on my trade. I know this is the game they play and they go back and forth. So I cut to the chase and told him what I wanted to pay for the truck. NADA trade in for mine plus invoice for the new truck. He laughed and said that I would never get anyone to agree to that. Well Joe Taylor Ford...... I drove that truck home from NY last night and got a better deal than I was looking for from you. And we wonder why people don't shop local. By the way maybe it's time for that salesman to retire caused he seemed confused.
