I went there because I have a code on my Truck…read moreand I also have a shutter when at 40- 45 mph and to get my transmission serviced because it's due. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time and then they literally repeated the code saying go back to me and say that it wasn't then you wasn't on like I knew like I didn't know that and didn't fix anything then refused to do the Transmission service because they said they don't recommend it even though I've had it done every time it's due and even if they were gonna do it, they didn't have time today which is ridiculous considering I had it scheduled in my service request but has audacity to charge me $100 but didn't fix anything and want me to reschedule my service like I don't have other things to do and didn't go out of my way to make this appointment and keep it. So $100 later I don't have my truck fixed. I still don't know anything more than I knew when I got there and I don't have my transmission fluid changed because they recommended against it and then didn't want to do it today because they did do it, which is ridiculous.

I have had problems due…read moreto incompetency at 2 different quick oil change places, one local mechanic's, one tire shop and one Ford dealer that left real messes or damage where I would never return. Do not go here! My Jeep has been in the service department for over a month. They reported…read moreinaccurate information and our warranty was denied so now we are on the hook for a multiple thousand dollar payment. They waited until the denial came through before contacting us and saying they still needed to order parts. We had asked them to be ordered regardless as we were confident that it would have gone through warranty per conversations we had with the selling dealership. No one contacted us to give updates and we have had to call in to get any answer. The last response was "we have to fit you in between appointments." Then why even bother having an appointment? We were never offered a loaner, never given a true timeline and still are being brushed off. We are fortunate enough to have two cars and people to help with rides. I don't know what we would have done if they weren't available to us. Now they "ran into issues" even though we were assured they could handle the work! Also, Jason Higbee doesn't answer either! I would tow my Jeep back to Texas before ever setting foot in this place again. Sadly, I have no idea when I'll get it back anyhow!

I gave them my Vin number and they advised me that a F-350 door would work just fine. I confirmed with my local Ford Commercial dealer and Jarrod was a huge help throughout the process. Before payment was even sent Jarrod gave me an exact run down of what was and was not included with the door. We then spoke about shipping and an ETA. Once payment was received and the door was picked up I received tracking info which was spot on. As you can see from the pictures the door was delivered in very strong wooden crate and plenty of wrapping. I took the door over to our local body shop and they were even impressed with the shipping crate. If I am ever looking for an item again I definitely know where to go for great service and excellent shipping!!!
