We both love Pokemon, and I'm a big sports card guy. We hopped in just thinking we'd stay for a few minutes. Ended up talking to Ed for half an hour the first time. We went back a second day and talked with him. Ed has a massive mind of knowledge in cards. It's not often I get to talk about all the nuances of the hobby and how absurd and pleasant it can be. Unfortunate for me, he sold out of his Bowman Mega Boxes that morning before I could get to them. Ended up getting a Topps Mega Box and pulled an Andrew Vaughn X-Fractor Auto RC. Not bad at all. If you're into cards and you want to support a local business, Ed is the guy. The shop has something for everyone.

Super friendly staff and an incredibly huge selection of all kinds of collectibles from Pokemon…read morecards to guns to old coins to stamps! The owner (Dave) was incredibly hospitable and very patient as we looked through all of the offerings in his shop. He came up with an incredible suggestion to let us pick stamps from every country in this giant book of old stamps that he had. Many of the countries listed in the book do not exist any more and we basically got a free history lesson while looking at some beautifully designed stamps. At the end of it, we walked out with a mini-album of 182 stamps from all kinds of countries and eras! It was only $45 too and he cut us some slack on the exact counts (it was supposed to be 25 cents a stamp). I think this is an incredibly cool thing to do as a tourist and suggested it to Dave as an offering that he can extend to other tourists in the future as old, well-designed stamps are a treat for anyone's collection. I also purchased some old coins and some pristine quality US Mint proof sets in silver in birth year dates. Would strongly recommend to other folks visiting Flagstaff and it's a shame I'm not able to visit more often as it's truly an adult candy shop!

Store is very organized and the employee was friendly, I'm pretty sure she was the owner. Overall a fun collector item store that I'd 100% visit again if we were in the area. My husband grabbed a few trinkets while we were here and we continued on our way.

I honestly haven't seen my own wife in over a week since she said she needed to run to Hobby Lobby "really quick"... Kidding aside, this store is well organized, FULL of pretty much anything you could possibly want for your house or to craft for your house. The employees are actually quite kind and helpful. The store is beyond organized and very clean. They are closed on Sunday, which is great because that means my wife only disappears 6 out of the 7 days of the week! ;)

Update to my review of May 27. When I rode my bike after Absolute Bikes made it work again, I…read morediscovered the gear shift was not working properly. I asked the shop if they checked it. They said no, it was not on the work order. I had requested that they make the bike "road worthy" once again. Seemed odd that that would not include a check of the gear mechanism. My issue wasn't that it wasn't repaired, but that it was never looked at, which I thought would be a routine part of "road worthy" service. They said I could bring it in again on the weekends when they take all comers on a first come first served basis to have it looked it. The lesson here is make no assumptions. You must be very clear and explicit in what you ask them to do. Do not assume they will take the initiative.
