It's a great location to start a business. 2.) Fremont Space has great management (Lori Sandler the office manager is wonderful to work with). 3.) The building is locked 24/7, and no one can enter without being buzzed in. Masks are required before entering, and must be worn, at all times, throughout the building (this was actually put in place, way before it was mandated). Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building. Inner doors are propped open to reduce contact and provide more air flow. We also have new touch-less soap dispensers, in the bathrooms. If you are looking for a new workspace and want to feel safe and secure, this is the place for you.

It's professional and also has the cool/hip vibe that makes being there energizing. The main room used for larger events has two full large glass walls overlooking the water, which is a unique setting for a business meeting. The equipment set up has always worked perfectly and is high quality. The overall space has a great mix of open space, shared space and private offices. I've used their space multiple times and have always had stellar experience.

There's a wonderful courtyard with a lots of seating and a BBQ, a gym, and our favorite - conference rooms and a community lounge which is can be reserved at no additional cost for a short time or the whole day either by the room, or the whole space. We use the conference rooms often as they have a conf phone, screen for presentations which you can easily connect your laptop to, and a full kitchen just outside. The property manager is friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance team who is quick and reliable. We've had all positive experiences here, and the other companies throughout the lofts are full of friendly people as well. Being here feels more like home than your typical office building - a welcomed difference vs the typical rental space.

And I only have a mailbox rental...It's been months of…read moreme trying to contact Regus to cancel my contract, yet they do not answer the phone or emails or requests submitted in the portal. When I originally signed up online it said a member of their team would call me, which never happen. So I've never spoken to a Regus employee once in my life yet they are still demanding payment. It looks like a scam and smells like a scam....this place is trying to lock you into a contract and never speak to you again. SCAMMMM. I suggest filing complaints with the BBB, which is my next stop.
