Unfortunately, this was not the case. When finding out I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed, my dentist recommend all 4 teeth should be done at the same time. Before booking the appointment to have them removed, he had asked we do a pre-autherization with myinsurance company to make sure there was coverage in place but at no point provided any information regarding any pre or post op information on the procedure until I went back to the office and got the information myself. The information included vague information on said procedures mentioning risks and cautions that were never explained by my doctor. Upon the day of the operation, there was clearly a large miscommunication regarding the specifics of the operation as then only used a mild form of sedation. He had asked me if I wanted to be a little asleep or a lot asleep I told him I wanted to be completely out. So even when I was still awake they began the procedure on me. If I had known I'd be awake and if I had known theyd use a needly to freeze my teeth I would not go through with this procedure with my doctor I would have seen a surgron. The only information about sedation is that it comes in a liquid form and I drink it. Overall, a great place to get your place cleaned but definitely get your information fully when it comes to other procedures

Nice little touch. Dr. Stillwater is nice and entertaining when he sees me for the minute he checks my teeth. The really outstanding part of this group are their hygienists. I've been there twice and have had great experiences with different hygienists. They were informative, thorough in their cleaning and always worried about my comfort level. It also helps when they tell me how great my teeth are too! LOL. Not a fan of the receptionists there, everyone else is happy in that office, not sure why they were left out of that loop. I love how one lady called me to confirm an appointment but when I told her I was sick she still thought it was appropriate to make my appointment. WTF? This guy is a quack and does not listen to his patients. He would ask questions and either walk…read moreaway and ask somebody else questions or just start talking over you to a nurse about his car. He was not helpful and proposed to "just pull the teeth" instead of doing a root canal that I needed. His ad hoc treatment was shoddy and resulted in me having to get multiple treatments from better dentists and deal with multiple rounds of amoxicillin. He may be painless but any dentist can use painkillers, a good dentist actually cares about the patient.
