Horrible, they completely ruined a new pair of uniform pants. had them tailored and the side pockets ended up on the back of my legs, still not enough bulk remove, i asked them to fix it and they said "there's nothing we can do". now i have to throw away what was brand new pants. what a waste of my money and time. Air Force long time customer. Took a brand new pair of pant to them after taking off the tags and wanted them pressed. I got them back and it had glue like stains all in front and back of pants and they insisted it was my doings. They were rude and Mr. Robles who I've had multiple conversations with and BS'd with ended up getting mad and was cussing amongst him self, not at me. Working in the largest Squadron on base and referring multiple new Airmen to their business and they would not compensate me for a $60 pair of pants after multiple attempts trying resolving the situations. This is not the way you treat your long time military customers. I won't be going back to them even though they have done awesome work for me in the past. read more

They are very prompt with service. I love the fact that my items are always ready in a timely fashion. Most times it only take a day or two. I had a pretty difficult skirt that needed to be taken in at the waist. It was ruched and scrunched and she could only take it in on that side. You can't even tell it was altered. Three pair of pants clean for $19.50. Wow, It was recommended by a friend who had not been there in a longtime. Price inflation, understand project margin---ridiculous. Went a different cleaners, 3 paints for $7.21, plus same day service. Northgate dropped off, Sat had to pick up Tues after 4. For $19.50, I nearly could have had 9 pair dry cleaned. Love this place. I tried some other spots in town and had issues with either quality of work done or timing. This place got both of these issues knocked out augemented by very reasonable pricing. Had my pants fixed within 20 min after I brought them in, and had my sport jacket's sleeves altered within a day at a highly demand time around thanksgiving. I picked up my clothes and 2 shirts had spots on them. I spoke to an employee and she had the situation covered. They would redo the shirts and were very nice. Then, a rude man walked by and made a derogative comment. He made the second comment, and I asked him to repeat it. So I addressed his comment and he kept walking to the back.
