I was ok with paying extra but the jacket was not ready by Thurs or Fri by noon..they called and text me about 15 times about the order Fri morning even though she wrote my order down when i dropped it off .. the damn jacket was not ready until 5:15 Fri and i still needed to put more trim on it and get it to my customer for 6 .. they still priced gouged the hell out of me!!! Needless to say I had a pissed off customer whose jacket was not ready to wear. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR SERVICES OR RECOMMEND THEM! I only chose 1 star cause 0 was not an option!!!!!

When I got home, I realized there were several missing parts: presser foot and needle, encoders, and power cord for encoders. After being assured by the owner many times that they would be mailed to me, which never happened, I now find that they are out of business. No wonder! I was told lie after lie about the part being ordered, and then about the missing parts being mailed to me. Interestingly, the part that was supposedly needed turned out NOT to be the problem. Another shop repaired it, and I had to purchase replacements for the parts that the Sewing Shop lost or misplaced! Now that they are no longer in business, at least no other customers will experience what I have experienced. No star at all for this shop!
