But will take about 3 weeks to get here & I have a project I've been itching to do for weeks already! So Mr. Nick was great in knowing what I meant when asking for an external spool holder & grabbed me one, showed me the best way to position it. I thought I'd have to drop my machine off in order for them to order the part but they did! So I get an instant temporary fix to hold me over then the top notch full service & repair once the part comes in!!!! I've not too often left an establishment this overly excited about the service AND goods sold!!!! They seem to do everything here!!!! I love it! Will be a consistent returning customer! He measured and marked the pants, and took my payment with indifference. On the day of the scheduled pickup, I was called to come in and have the pants re-marked for alteration. Sometime during the time the measurements were made and the pickup time was scheduled, the person who was actually going to hem the pants discovered what appeared to be random tailoring marks, making it impossible for her to know where to hem them. It was stated that no mark on a leg matched any mark on the other leg. When I came in to get re-measured, I was greeted well, and the gentleman who did the measuring was very considerate, asking me several questions about the occasion to which I would be wearing the pants, and while the pants were being altered, brought me a bottle of chilled water and engaged me in pleasant conversation. If not for the first visit, I would be giving this establishment a 5-star rating. Perhaps the person who I interacted with first was just having a bad day.
