We wanted to return the products we purchased, but honestly did not want to have another conversation with her, As a store owner, in the customer service industry, you treat people with respect. I was astonished at her inability to assist us or keep her apparent frustration to herself. She was clearly annoyed for some reason and did not have the ability to keep her facial expressions to herself. As a special educator, I teach children basic social skills, manners and etiquette, which she clearly does not have any of those skills. I will never return to this store, nor will my family, which were frequent buyers. AWFUL and embarrassing for the Barneveld area to have this store open.

She wouldn't accept that either, understandable. She asked if I had a passport, which I do, but at home. So I called my husband who told me to use my military ID, since it's a government issued ID and not expired. Love throwing parties and having friends over but even more so I love to cook with alcohol like my two favorite chefs Julia Childs and Ina Garten. Miss that my favorite store close to home closed but this store filled the bill. I was able to run in pretty quickly find what I needed and get out which was a plus. Store was logically organized but wish they had more signage up to know what was down each aisle. Not a fan of signs on door which are far from welcoming but overall was able to grab the wine I needed and get back to my kitchen to cook. Store is located in the heart of downtown Rome and has both street parking and their own private lot.
