When I walked in, the owner was at the counter and I wasn't given as much as a hello. Not a word was said during the transaction, and he had incorrectly written on the gift certificate and scribbled out his mistake! After the transaction was completed, not a word was said still, until I asked if I'm all set. Then, he finally said have a nice day. Never said thank you. And I was not given or offered an envelope for the gift certificate. This store will not be around long if the customer service is not improved. I know I will not be back again!

She wouldn't accept that either, understandable. She asked if I had a passport, which I do, but at home. So I called my husband who told me to use my military ID, since it's a government issued ID and not expired. BUT! the lady denied that too, and then asked why my husband wouldn't just come in to buy the bottle himself. (Uh, he's at work and I'm trying to get the errands finished now.) Her face was full of rude expressions. I might have been a hassle with my drivers license, but I'm 38 and clearly over 21 yrs of age and DID have a valid ID, so I'm not sure why this was turned into such a big deal with her. I went to Bremers instead and definitely recommend them over this Seneca place !

My big pet peeve was the huge craters aka potholes in the parking lot and driveway that almost swallowed my car. Once in the store, it has a large selection of wines but everything is crammed in a small space and not well organized or marked which makes items hard to find.
