My big pet peeve was the huge craters aka potholes in the parking lot and driveway that almost swallowed my car. Once in the store, it has a large selection of wines but everything is crammed in a small space and not well organized or marked which makes items hard to find. Which required a couple of trips around store. I finally asked staff and they pointed me in the right direction for what I was looking for. Prices tend to be on the high side but when in a bind this meets the need.

It has a large selection of wines and spirits. My favorite it's that they have a large Coroc collection. The prices are average, there's a sale going on something and the staff is nice. If you have trouble seeing it from the road, it's next door on the left of the Valvoline oil service. Be aware that the parking is a bit funny because there's no lines and and one side is close to the back side of the Valvoline bay doors, just pay attention to how close you park near the road the cars come out on. Not a word was said during the transaction, and he had incorrectly written on the gift certificate and scribbled out his mistake! And I was not given or offered an envelope for the gift certificate. This store will not be around long if the customer service is not improved. I know I will not be back again!

My order was ready and waiting. I was also told anything we did not open could be returned. We did not have to return anything, they were spot on with the amount to purchase of what liquor we wanted. She was crass, rude, unhelpful and a number of times and even rolled her eyes at us when we asked a few basic questions. We wanted to return the products we purchased, but honestly did not want to have another conversation with her, As a store owner, in the customer service industry, you treat people with respect. I was astonished at her inability to assist us or keep her apparent frustration to herself. She was clearly annoyed for some reason and did not have the ability to keep her facial expressions to herself. As a special educator, I teach children basic social skills, manners and etiquette, which she clearly does not have any of those skills. I will never return to this store, nor will my family, which were frequent buyers. AWFUL and embarrassing for the Barneveld area to have this store open.
