Doesn't seem like a lot of the workers knew who to direct me to. Wasted good time figured out someone who could help me. Wasn't also too fond of the tone of voice some workers had when I was asking questions; almost seemed as if they were irritated I even asked for help. Equipment, materials, and stockage of its seem same as any other Home Depot. Just had issue with the staff at this location.

So I went to the location and it was all shower heads and completely wrong for what I needed. The plumbing station guy was trying to be helpful but said he said the item doesn't exist in the store anywhere. So I went to the customer service station and this girl with an attitude was not helpful at all. I asked about ordering and delivery and delivery is only to the store, not to my residence, "delivery" is to the store, online bait and switch. I will never go back to this Home Depot ever. Giant bad attitude problem at this store. A complete waste of time and left disgusted. Deserves less than one star.

I said excuse and she repeated it again so I asked her what her name was she said Racheal and shook my hand so I asked her for the manager she said she was the manager. I asked her was that company policy to ask a person if they are stealing she said well you went into the fitting room and you are not buying anything so I asked for corporate information she called a team leader and told the team leader she asked me was I stealing the team leader stated that you don't ask a person that under no circumstances. The team leader then called the asst. mgr.and I explained to Darryl what had occurred he apologized and the team leader apologized but Racheal the accuser had not apologized as of yet. I was given the District Mgr # and I called and explained the situation to him and I have not received a call back as of yet concerning this situation.
