Bought a new Stihl chainsaw on a Saturday. I got the filled it with fuel oil using stihl products. I could never get the saw to start again. I went to return the saw Monday morning and they refused to take it back said that it's stihls power see that once it's paid for it has to be worked on under warranty. Told them they were losing a customer. They didn't seem to really care. I told the story to the warranty company that's gonna hopefully get the saw going soon and they laughed at that statement. Went in, did the paperwork, loaded the tool in my truck. That is when I looked at my receipt. It turns out the rental does not include bits. They are a separate charge. SO, they rent you a tool you can't use in less you rent something else. I went home and took care of business and then returned the tool. I told him I only used one of the bits, so he did take off the charge for the other bit. Well, there was also a rental insurance charge on my bill. I asked if this was optional, and he said yes. I was not given that option and was charged for insurance that I didn't want. The point of this is to look at your charges before you sign anything. It will probably save you some money.
