We've found that the sun-shelf is a perfect place to sit back and relax as we watch the sunset each summer evening. The team at Precision are so helpful and efficient when they service the pool for the opening day and in early October when it's time to close it for the season.

My husband and I are disabled and haven't been able to use our pool for two years. When the men came they took the cover off of the pool and told us they had to go to Moscow to pick up a pump to remove water from our pool. They left and never came back. We called and called. No one would return our calls after leaving messages. When we finally got someone they told us they wouldn't be back because our pool required more work than they would do because they had too many other customers!! I guess they only charge almost $200 PLUS THE CHARGES FOR CHEMICALS for pools in perfect condition.

David is not to be trusted, period. If you can even get a return call (which is unlikely), you will pay double what you were quoted. He is rude, unprofessional, and lies to cover his tracks. Tried to open pool in May 2019 only to find out pool was not holding water to point where it leaked below skimmer, return line, and steps. This pool isn't even a year old and the liner has split at the seam. They snapped a wire from my house to my shed and left the live wire exposed in my yard where at anytime one of my 4 children or dogs could've been electrocuted. Come to find out, the pool wasn't even grounded and it was dug too deep for an above ground pool. The crew that worked on it were a bunch of drug addicts and were high at the time they showed up at my house. The owner JJ isn't taking any responsibility and blaming ice damage for causing the liner to split and rip. After insulting my intelligence, I told him to get off my property and that the case will be handled in court. They gave me a new pump witch they wired wrong and burnt it out with in the first 2 days then proceded to tell me it was my fault and my wires were bad. I had to argue with the manager for 2 weeks to get them to come back out and repair it.The brought a replacement which was a old Second hand pump and didn't work correctly either. I am a local business owner, and I wish I could leave zero stars…read more My first interaction with this business was in 2018 when I first moved to the area and was staying in my RV. I had run out of water, and brought a 5 gallon water can there and asked if I could fill it up. The manager (I attached his photo below) told me it would be $25... I said "$25 for 5 gallons of water?" He then said, "OK, just give me $10" and he wasn't friendly about it. I paid the $10. I've rented Uhaul from this location many times in the past. The manager of this location has always been a very unpleasant, rude and unfriendly person. This last Friday there was a mistake on a trailer reservation where I rented it for 24 hours, but he said it was only for 6 hours. He rudely said "If you can't have it back by 2pm I can't rent it to you"... A proper way to serve customers would be to offer to find a location nearby that could offer a 24 hour rental. (Last year Da Vals Automotive in Lansdale PA did exactly that to help me). When I asked him if he could transfer my reservation to a nearby Uhaul, he very rudely said "No, I can't do that". When I told him that I know he can, that they've done it for me previously, he literally told me to leave the store and never come back. Not to mention he always gives out a piece of paper that he prints himself that states if you come inside instead of using the online check-in when you return the rental, that he will charged $20 extra. He says it's Uhaul policy... But this is the only Uhaul I've ever received this notice. This is no way to run a business or treat customers. Look at his Uhaul reviews. Any positive service reviews are when the other ladies are working the Uhaul counter, as the employees tend to be very nice and courteous. Stay away from B&D Pool and Spa.
