Be careful when dealing with these guys and be sure to ask a lot of questions. I contacted them to…read morehave someone check my inground pool for leaks. This involved getting a diver in to swim around and find the leaks using dye and then patching them. I was quoted a price of $90.00/hour over the phone. The diver showed up on time and did the job finding several leaks and patching them. The reason for the 3 star review is that I felt he did a good job. Now for the hard part. I figured he was in the pool for about 1hr and 15 mins. Next, I get a bill for $213.00. They charged for travel time from their store to my home. They also charged me $26.00 for patches and glue. I doubt that he used more than $3.00 of this stuff and will probably re-use what was left over on someone else. When I was quoted the price, they never mentioned that travel time started the clock running and I feel they should have mentioned this initially. They also bumped their hourly rate to $100.00/hour. I was told this when I called about my bill. This seems like a very haphazardly run operation. They don't seem to take the time to give complete or accurate answers to inquiries and you end up paying more than you are led to believe.
