We bought a house in the Northern Neck in the summer and needless to say the prior owners had pets. Carpets needed cleaning badly. Loretta had her team out promptly and provided a thorough and reasonable estimate. Loretta was detailed on explaining the process, the time it would take to do the process, the drying time...everything. we agreed on an appt date and time and it was perfect. Just as she aaid it would it would be.stains were gone, furniture in place. I highly recommend King's and will call them again when the need arises.

He's very prompt, professional, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything to me. No one ever wants to have to spend $2500.00 on repairs but I swear he made me feel like I got every penny I paid for. After making an honest administrative oversight on an auction lot, I immediately emailed Mr. Jett to politely explain the mistake and request a mutual cancellation. Rather than handling the situation like a professional employee, Mr. Jett responded with extreme hostility. He flatly refused to cooperate. Worse, he then escalated the situation by being aggressive on the phone. During this phone call, Mr. Jett became hostile, explicitly told me to "f*ck off," called me a "b!*ch," and abruptly hung up on me. Mr. Jett's verbal abuse, extreme profanity, and complete lack of standard business ethics are entirely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of toxic, abusive treatment. I strongly advise all prospective buyers to avoid doing business with Computer Recycling of Virginia.
