My first visit was a memorable one. I was having real problems with my mobile phone. It was picking up viruses, spam and everything else that can interrupt your service. I needed a lot of help. After advising me that my only solution was to DUMP the phone, I agreed. Looking back in hindsight I wish I hadn't. It's been a nightmare retrieving everything and working thru old passwords and even downloads that had to be recouped. In spite of this troubling news I found the proprietor very nice and helpful. But as a suggestion I would urge him to hire some help read more

Justin the owner was so nice and patient with me, I know nothing about computers but he was great at explaining what was wrong and fixed everything I needed! the price wasn't bad at all either for the quality of service. read more

This survey is tech focused. However the company is the issue. First, there's no option on the…read moreinstall page about smart locks. I mentioned in the comments that I had 2 that needed installed. I found out when the tech arrived that there's an extra fee for that. My appointment was set for 10am, at 1030 I reached out to customer support to find out where the tech was as he hadn't arrived or made contact. I was told the tech would contact me within 15 minutes for a status. An hour later I got the call saying he was booked and wouldn't be able to make the appointment time. The tech finally arrived at 5pm! While this might seems like a technician issue, it's scheduling in the company. After instal was complete (and the tech left all the trash laying around) I was charged an extra $20 by the company for no known reason.
