Support Local! This company BLEW it out the water. I had registered for an online course and the day before realized that the online book was reccomended to be printed out. It was after 5pm so they were closed, I emailed them on their website what I needed. A booklet printed out, binded, and full color. About 30 pages. I got an email about an hour later from them and they said to send the document to this email and they would have it ready in the morning. I got a text at 8am saying it is ready... THEY OPEN AT 9am. I showed up at 9:30 to pick it up, it was ready with mt name on it, staff was super friendly. I could not thank them enough. I had it in time for my class! About $22 dollars for the 30 pages, full color, front and back, binded, and they have the front and back a thicker material. read more

We ordered a banner and several signs to attach to it and the workmanship was fine... the problem for myself and council was we didn't receive what was expected through the ordering process. We are told small sins would be $8 a piece but turned into $35 each when they arrived. We were told we would be charged a $25 fee if our logo needed to be redone but then I was told we got charged it as a "setup" fee....... And so, at the end of the day, we thought we were going two banners and small signs for about $300 and we only got one. On top of that, we didn't get an invoice e-mailed to us, nor did one come with the shipment. read more

I'm a small business owner, so I try really hard to support other small businesses, particularly those in the local area. Unfortunately, I can't rely on John Henry Printing. The staff is kind and courteous, but their communication is horrible. The first two times I attempted to do business with them, they never got back to me. Once was via their website contact form, the other was a straight email. I finally stopped by the store one day and talked to the owner, who was apologetic, and told me the 'best' method to communicate and place my print orders. The next three orders went well, but then my last two had problems. I submitted one simple print order and told them I needed it to be ready a week later. I received neither a reply nor a confirmation, but I showed up after the appointed time and said I was there to pick up a order. They had no idea what I was talking about and had to dig around in email to find it, so I had to send an employee back later after they finally printed it. The print quality and prices are average, so with the service problems, I just can't continue to use a company that might not be there when I need them. read more
