Ultimately, we were thrilled with their work, the price was right, and their workers were courteous, kind, and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When we went out for bids, All4Fencing called us immediately, came quickly, and gave us the most reasonable price for everything that needed to be done. They were willing and able to make my double gate with a custom slope on the bottom, which turned out great (and I'm sure it was a pain). I am in disbelief over some of the low reviews for Northwest Fence in Spokane Valley. I made a…read morecouple of calls over several months to ask about automatic gate openers, and Josh always took my calls and was so helpful in guiding me to purchase a Liftmaste gate opener instead of one of the cheaper brands. It was obvious that I was not going to purchase from them (they sold only high end equimpment)- yet he still spoke to me as if I were a paying customer on a couple of occasions. After purchasing a Liftmaster online from another company and installing it myself I ran into alot of problems. I needed local help and there did not seem to be anyone that had the expertise that Northwest Fence did with automatic gate openers. I called Josh and explained my problem, and to my surprise he had a gate expert at my Ranch the next day. He evaluated my installation, and spent almost an hour with me troubleshooting possible problems. They did not charge me for this visit, and honestly- MOST companies would charge for a service call. The expert that came out (who preferred to be un-named) was very kind, and sympathetic to the mess I had got myself into- got me on the right track to solving my problems. So, I dont know who the people writing low star reviews worked with, but the professionalism, kindness, and depth of knowledge exhibited by Northwest Fence, in my opinion was 6 stars. I hope for the chance to work with them in the future. If you are considering a fence or gate opener- I hope you will call them. In my experience, this is a quality company, and they hire (and keep for years) employees that will take good care of you. How often to you come across that kind of business these days?

I would never recommend the crew unless your going to watch them install every single post, bracket and board. The project manager came sniffing around near the end of the job, sees the $10k mistake and asked me why it was installed like that. Ummm, because you left zero instructions and the crew has no common sense? It's your job to manage yout crew, not mine.
