I've had a company clean my house in the past so was aware of how much the quote might be. After showing the owner of Frontline my home and listening to the details of his housecleaning services, he gave me a housecleaning quote of $125 which was within $10 of the last service I used; I thought.....good enough and said, I'd like your company to start cleaning my home. Not once did he mention that the first cleaning was going to cost more than the $125 he quoted me. Much to my surprise, I received a bill for $335 for that cleaning, but thankfully it was the day before the cleaners were to come again, so I called and left a message immediately canceling any future housecleaning with Frontline and sent them a check for the $125 I was quoted. I wasn't very impressed with their cleaning in the first place; I had to dust many places that they clearly missed, they didn't vacuum along the edges of the carpets, missed many of the baseboards and the outside of the cabinets. Now about a week later, the owner calls me to tell me that he will reduce the price to $250 since he forgot to tell me that it would cost a lot more for the first cleaning. I informed him that I had already mailed a check for the amount that he quoted me and he said he was going to send the rest of the bill to collections then! I think there was a method to his madness in not telling me an amount for the initial cleaning, so that I would start using his company and then just blow off the fact that the initial cleaning was so much more. He didn't say any other price and there was no paperwork quoting me a price of $335. If there were, I would NOT have hired them and I'm sure he knew that! I would have just let this go until I got the call from him today, threatening to send me to collections, prompting me to warn others of this business practice. I was truly hoping that the owner was going to take this as a learning lesson and quote people an accurate price and get it in writing. But at that price, I see why he doesn't do that. I'm so tired of business people trying to take advantage of others; not a good way to carry on a business. Some of us are willing to take the time to be consumer advocates and I am definitely one of those people.

He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. Dusty and his boys were prompt, organized, and responsible individuals and I will definitely use their services again!

Awful experience with this company! My water stopped working last week when it was below freezing…read moretemperatures. My son found Jake on Facebook and scheduled him to come up on Tuesday. I live on a primitive road so I offered to meet him at the bottom of the hill. He had me bring him up to my place, he spent about 2 minutes looking at my system, and told me I needed a new pump because mine was pulling too much current. He advised me to leave the power to the pump turned off until he came back. Then I drove him back down the hill to his truck. Jake said there's a minimum 3 hour charge but when he came back to replace the pump he would deduct time from that charge. He said he would call me that night and give me a price for the pump. He charged me $632.29. And never called back! My son and I both called and texted him to see when he could come do the work and he never replied. After a few days I contacted another company. When they came out today I turned the pump circuit breaker back on and immediately heard the rush of water. Turns out the pipe was frozen. I'm feeling pretty foolish at this point... Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company.
