I saw Holly one time who was sweet and very very quiet but a little too gentle for my taste. I prefer a medium pressure. Ashley is great. I trust her because her schedule is so full, she has such a high demand that Just reinforces how amazing she is. Ashley has great stories, conversation and amazing massage hands. I love my massages with Ashley because she uses hot towels which feel so good. She also does a great job on my feet whenever I decide to get the foot scrub add on. She remembers details about me and my personal life so I always have a nice time with her. I see Kelly every other month on the months I don't see Ashley. Kelly gives a soothing, quiet massage. She did a lot of stretching techniques on me which I really enjoyed, as well as the chopping (not sure the name) technique. I feel like she gets a lot of knots out too. Front staff offered a printed membership deals w/complimentary massage but was snatched back from manager directly after I verbally stated not receiving 90 mins of treatment. Immediately felt devalued and unwanted as a guest, future client and was told only then about only receiving 80 min treatment for paid 90 min fees/costs. Was asked how my massage experience was but also told they have other therapists without really having any insights or concerns over my investment of large time, huge costs and accommodations of adjusting my time for their scheduling issues, after booking my original time frame. Honestly at their therapist request of not judging the treatment without allowing a few days to really experience the benefits of his work,...plus resummarizing the entire experience on their survey requested, only to receive the very same devalued tone and treatment from Micheal Weiss stating they do not massage face and other sensitive areas leaves a very devalued customer lost. I was completely clear when I asked questions while I booked 90 mins hoping to afford enough time for therapist to accomplish head to toe, front/back treatment plus I am average size and height. Plus I have received many massages that gives the time as booked, plus never avoided head, face, pects, lower back etc. plus therapists that accepted communication from their clients. Honestly for the value, quality of treatment and professional courtesy this location and business policies and management left me so depleted financially and so dishearted. I still left a cash tip for the therapist provider close to 20% . Not a positive plus at all.

I've had one knee replacement & was bone on bone in the other knee & my leg was so badly deformed from a collapsed knee, I was in constant pain. I couldn't put weight on that leg & could hardly walk. My knee would buckle on me constantly. I felt like I was facing a future in a wheelchair. The program consisted of 3 platelet rich plasma knee injections, using your own blood & an umbilical cord stem cell injection to help regrow your knee cartiledge. They used a heel wedge in my shoe to shift the bones & straighten my leg. Well a little over a month out, I have to say I am super impressed with the results so far & it could still take up to a year for the cartiledge to completely regenerate. My leg is significantly straighter & I have so much less pain. Almost pain free at times. So much better than my surgically fixed knee that still hurts.
