I saw Holly one time who was sweet and very very quiet but a little too gentle for my taste. I prefer a medium pressure. Ashley is great. Head, face, and multiple areas missed, therapist stated only areas in pain was his focus even after verbally communicated about missed areas, zero availability of towels needed for additional draping. 90 mins only affords 80 mins of actual treatment time. Front staff offered a printed membership deals w/complimentary massage but was snatched back from manager directly after I verbally stated not receiving 90 mins of treatment. Immediately felt devalued and unwanted as a guest, future client and was told only then about only receiving 80 min treatment for paid 90 min fees/costs. Was asked how my massage experience was but also told they have other therapists without really having any insights or concerns over my investment of large time, huge costs and accommodations of adjusting my time for their scheduling issues, after booking my original time frame. Honestly at their therapist request of not judging the treatment without allowing a few days to really experience the benefits of his work,...plus resummarizing the entire experience on their survey requested, only to receive the very same devalued tone and treatment from Micheal Weiss stating they do not massage face and other sensitive areas leaves a very devalued customer lost. I was completely clear when I asked questions while I booked 90 mins hoping to afford enough time for therapist to accomplish head to toe, front/back treatment plus I am average size and height. Plus I have received many massages that gives the time as booked, plus never avoided head, face, pects, lower back etc. plus therapists that accepted communication from their clients. Honestly for the value, quality of treatment and professional courtesy this location and business policies and management left me so depleted financially and so dishearted. I still left a cash tip for the therapist provider close to 20% . Not a positive plus at all.

Deborah treats patients one-on-one without interruptions and uses a mix of traditional and hands on, manual therapies, including myofascial release. At first I didn't know what to expect because I had never even heard of reiki. I was already dabbling in crystals, with sage, and meditation so I was open to the idea of reiki. After the first few sessions I knew that this was something I needed. I never expected what I would take from our sessions, but she has helped me to realize and allow myself to let go, allow myself to heal, love myself, loving others and just understanding more of my spirit and the journey that I am on. I also got my first ever acupuncture treatment from her as well. She made sure I was very comfortable because I was nervous about the needles. I had talk about how bad my anxiety was about travel as well as pain in my shins that I've had. We did a treatment right before I went on a trip and it was the best vacation I ever had. My first session I didn't know what to expect but she made the process so easy almost like I was talking with a friend I've known for years. Any judgements about myself, the situation, or doing something new just floated away and I was finally present for myself.
