The Wellness center has a a studio located within Smith Physical Therapy, 110 Woodstock, Unit A. I've had a couple of massages with Maria, and it was just what the Doctor ordered! She used CBD Clinic Creme, and it made all the difference in loosening up my muscles, while relieving my aches and pains. I had a terrible pain in my neck, no pun intended! I called on Jan 14th and was able to get an appointment for a massage the same day. I was greeted kindly, signed a quick form and then was taken right away. Eva did an excellent job. I had a 45 minute massage and it really helped and relieved my neck pain. It was relaxing. I had bad plantar fasciitis pain for a few months. I tried all kinds of things, the inserts from Walgreens, running shoes, the special boot you sleep in, rubbing my foot on tennis balls..you get the idea. I client noticed my limp and suggested I call the Natural Therapy Wellsness Center (on this review as simply McHenry Massage Center). I thought massaging the area would be painful. Surprsingly it was not. My therapist was very strong, and worked out knot she found. I was a little better when I left, but pain was completly gone after 3 days. I am still kicking myself that I never even thought to try a therapist. I could have been pain free months sooner! If the team at McHenry Massage sees this, a big thank you!! I have been to many other massage therapists over the past 10 years or so. Never have I had such a positive experience as with the Natural Therapy Wellness Center. The two massage therapists I've seen (Mandy and Taylor) are both very skilled and professional. I suffer from neck pain which leads to terrible headaches, and going to the NTWC is so helpful with alleviating these episodes. The therapy rooms are spotless with soothing music playing. Pricing is very reasonable. I have paid more at so-called spas where the "masseuses" were clearly not skilled in massage therapy. They were totally booked but thanks to a cancellation, fit me in right after I called. Taylor is great at both deep tissue and a more relaxing pressure as well. I would highly recommend her.
