You'll find currently trendy products like snail secretion skin care, hair curlers, bb cream, cc cream, etc. Most of the beauty products (skin care, cosmetics) are from Korea, from brands like Etude House, Toly Moly, and Skinfood. They can also pre-order items from those lines. The Milk Talk body lotion smells like milkshakes. Expect to find really cute packaging but not a lot of English on the packaging. There are testers of most of the beauty products. The shop is tiny but crammed full of clothes, lingerie, stockings, shoes, scarves, purses, jewelry, iPhone accessories and makeup. Not everything has a price but the things that had prices were very reasonably priced. The clothes and accessories are in the $20-$30 range. Some of it was cute - especially if you are a girly girl who likes bows, ribbons, ruffles, lace and faux fur (e.g., faux fur bras). However the material is predominantly synthetic. I couldn't figure out the sizes of some items. The shoes all look small, size 6 small. The skirts are super short. They have iPhone bumpers with Hello Kitty bows, iPhone cases that look like Dior nailpolish bottles I received a free sample and very courteous service. My picks: * Baby Milo iPhone screen protectors for iPhone 5 ($10) * Hello Kitty bow style iPhone bumpers for iPhone 4 * Etude House strawberry lip cream ($6, smells wonderful) * Pocket bunny moist mist - love the bunny packaging

Neither of us wear makeup on a regular basis, and my techniques were stuck in 2008 lol. So the class was a much needed refresher on current makeup trends. Together, we spent about $750 and didn't get any free samples or gifts with purchase like you would online, so for that reason, in the future, I'll probably go there to try on makeup and make my purchases online, or be more direct in asking for samples/gifts with purchase. I really like all the products I purchased, though my partner picked up some duds (bad packaging, dry product) so in the future, we will make sure everything is working properly before the return window lapses, because these products are not cheap!

We started with the West side of the mall first, and browsed around. The Face Shop happened to be the first store we looked into. The woman working there was very friendly, and super helpful. My kid noticed they had BTS (Korean Boy Band) sheet masks there. We ended up coming back later, and we asked the woman which one was best for my daughter's skin. My preteen is breaking out, so we ended up getting the orange BTS sheet masks. 4 for $20, but it was 10% off. The woman was so nice, she decided to bring a brand new pack for us from the pack instead of letting us take the display one. We also got the charcoal oxygen mask for blackheads, and that was only $3. It works almost as well as the $9 Glam Glow one. I love Korean skincare it is all the rage. It also works so well! Plus it's super affordable. My kid ended up using one of the BTS sheet masks last night, and her skin looked great. The woman did say it will nourish her skin, and it did that.

What stood out unfortunately was the lack of professionalism from someone I believe to have been the store manager. Despite wearing a name tag there was no greeting acknowledgment or basic courtesy. This was disappointing especially as it reflects a pattern I've noticed at multiple Sephora locations throughout the Bay Area. Interestingly this level of unfriendliness has not been my experience at Sephora stores elsewhere. Sephora's products are premium priced particularly in today's economy. When customers are choosing to spend their money here the expectation of basic warmth and respect is not unreasonable. It is difficult to justify supporting a business when paying feels like an inconvenience rather than a valued exchange. Customer experience matters and this visit fell short.
