As he was going through the sheets he pulled out the silver ones and said I'll keep this sheets with some of my old coins I betcha he kept over ten sheets I was so stunned barely got anything for the silver and he kept the rest of my precious coins. They are liars and do not pay appropriate value for any stones that are within their jewellery that they buy, which is customer loss, money, Service is by far needing improvement. Having to have an appointment to walk in as a customer is ridiculous. They are not that important or special. I would not trust this business and do not.
