I am a student at this school. Specifically a fifth grade student. I had just graduated fifth grade and I wanted to thank all of my teachers for everything. Starting with my fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Reid. She is amazing. Such a good teacher. She is humorous, and awesome at her job. I also want to thank and address my fourth grade teachers. Now, when I was in fourth grade, Ms. Mayo was teaching our reading period. So I want to thank her and the other fourth grade teachers. Moving on to third grade. At the time I had Mrs. Brotz, but unfortunately she does not work there anymore . But, as a replacement, Ms/Mrs. Stoops is teaching her class!! She is awesome as well! Moving on to second grade, I had Mrs. Day, although she was not there for 25% of the school year, she was awesome as well. Now for first grade, I had Mrs. Moody, which also does not work there anymore. I would also like to thank my specials teachers, Mr. Day, Mr. Fox, Mrs. Ross, Mrs. Goble, and Mrs. Hoogenboom. Every teacher in this elementary school has made these past five years the best years of my life and I've had the best experience in these amazing school. I am so glad our child was accepted to this elementary school. We are out of the district, you see. In order for a child to he accepted, from outside the district, there is a lottery system. We were lucky and got in. And we couldn't be happier! The standards here are higher than "state requirements", which I love. The teachers are awesome, seasoned and down to Earth. The principal is about the nicest guy. I'm ecstatic that our child is here. I do wish car rider pick up was a bit more organized/monitored but I'll take it! If you've got a choice in the area, chose Northeastern!! read more

I was forced to talk about my problems that I had at home in front of a group of girls, if I didn't talk about them I would get in trouble and sent to the principals office. Those girls then proceeded to make fun of me for the whole year about my problems and no one did anything. This school was absolutely terrible, the principal Mr.Ennis was the rudest person I have ever met. It wasn't until recently I realized what they made me do and how horrible my experience was. There is one lady in kids club that neglected my baby while I was working out with my husband one…read morenight on a Tuesday. My son was in there and told me all about what happened it had to be the other child care worker in the room for my 11 month old at the time to get comforted after leaving her in the car seat for fifteen to twenty minutes. The director Sarah takes up for her for this action as well. Now the other child care workers are amazing but it takes one person to ruin a good thing. I no longer can workout with my husband at night time because of her leaving her in her car seat crying and then now I can't workout in the mornings because of her as well. So I pretty much can't workout now and will have to drive twenty minutes to go to the CLIPPARD YMCA. She has shorter dark roots with blond hair and she's tan and about 5 ft something. Don't risk it when she's there.my son also told me she wasn't super mean to all the other kids in the room as well and not just my baby.
