Had a valve stem fail just out side Ely today (Thursday 10/21/24) Limped into Northeastern Tire and a young man pounced on the repair in and out within 15 minutes I was on the road again. My husband and I pulled into Ely Nevada for fuel and another person alerted us to a noise coming from the rear tire on our 35 foot toy hauler. This tire shop told us to come in and they would check our tires. Come to find out, all four tires on the trailer had broken brake sensors and a couple seals had gone bad. They worked tirelessly to replace all four and did an amazing job. Especially want to give kudos to the 19-year-old kid that did all the work, he was super amazing and to the owner that was able to take us in and get us back on the road again. Thank you so much.
