Northeastern Appliance is HIGHLY recommended to service Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Connecticut, and the Bronx because they ARE the best!! My experience from beginning to end was just outstanding. From the ladies that answer the phone and set up service, to the gentleman that came out (ON time) to first diagnose the issue of my Wolf range and give me very detailed explanation of the problem and even ordering the part that was needed came in a timely manner. They came back out to install the parts which I was surprised didn't take long at all because anyone with a considerate heart would understand that if something has to be ordered it will take a few days - maybe I was lucky but Northeastern Appliance solved my issues and I will be going to them for any HIGH end appliance I purchase!! The prices they give are very reasonable for a $16,950.00 (pro 48 refrigerator) on the high end of appliances, of course there are cheaper appliances. Maybe some people should not purchase these appliances if you cant maintain it, but HEY that's just me. read more

First of all, credit to ASKO Customer Care for recommending Northeastern Appliance Service and contacting them on my behalf regarding my dishwasher problem. Then, credit to Northeastern for calling me that same day to set up an appointment. While it was a three week wait, it was worth the wait as I am very happy with the service provided by their technician Joe. Joe arrived on time, was knowledgeable on the dishwasher and the symptoms which I had provided to ASKO Customer Care, and knew exactly what to do to confirm the diagnosis and make the repair. He was neat and careful, and quick. And, importantly, respectful of the COVID precautions, wearing face mask and gloves. I also appreciated the good communication from Northeastern, who sent me an email when the appointment was made, and then called me at home on the business day prior to the appointment, to confirm. And good communication from Joe, who called me at home the morning of the appointment to give me an arrival time. All in all I am a happy customer! read more

I give the highest marks to Edgardo Hernandez and his assistant Chris. Edgardo was timely, very friendly, professional, and immediately diagnosed the issue and identified the required parts to fix our Wolf oven. His knowledge and familiarity with our oven was impressive and he went above and beyond my expectations. His problem solving skills are remarkable and he took the time to clean the oven door and the stainless steel. Edgardo left our kitchen spotless and gave some valuable tips on future care of our appliance. I would highly recommend Edgardo for any appliance diagnosis and repair. Last week the freezer section of our Sub-Zero stopped working. Of course, it happened the day after I bought a big box of Häägen Dazs bars. We called Northeastern Appliance Service and the next day Edgardo Hernandez came to our house. He was AMAZING!! He knows more about the Sub-Zero than Einstein knew about the theory of relativity. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed in 10 minutes. He explained everything. He was neat. He was fast. He was great. Can't say enough about Edgardo. This is the second 5 star review I've written for NE in 6 months. Jonathan Diones is the tech who helped us 2 days before Christmas. My orig appt was scheduled for the 27, which was fast, but not fast enough to salvage a non- functional oven by the holiday. Jonathan called us on the 23 and said he had some time open up and would we like him to come that day. Yes! He came, he evaluated the problem and best of all said I can fix this now! He did! Edgardo at North Eastern Appliance is the best. I had a couple of mysterious ongoing problems with my SubZero fridge and freezer, and Edgardo was so helpful and persistent in figuring out the problem. He clearly knows his stuff, gave great advice, explained things clearly and worked together with SubZero to make sure it eventually got fixed. The rest of the staff at North Eastern were also great--booking the appointments was easy, they worked seamlessly with SubZero to get the repairs covered under warranty, and they stuck with me even though the problem took a while to diagnose and fix. My Sub-Zero refrigerate needed repair but I was concerned because it's an older model and when I got an estimate from another company they quoted me an outrageous price so I didn't do it. This time, when I got an estimate from North Eastern Appliance Service, it was very reasonable. Edgardo Hernandez provided superb service for my Subzero Refrigerator in every respect. Zero stars. If I could pick less I would. This is the most frustrating, ineffective company run by uneducated, unprofessional management. After a year and half they still have not fixed the same issue with our stove, which is bad enough. But what urges me to write this is the attitude and rudeness of so-called "boss" Mike Camanzo. They basically have a monopoly on the wolf/sub zero market but if at all possible DO NOT use them. read more

edgardo came out because subzero fridge wasn't draining. the first place I called said it couldn't be fixed unless we pulled out the giant built in fridge. Edgado took one look and said they were incorrect. he fixed in perfectly in 30 min without pulling it out or making a mess. GREAT service...won't call anyone else moving forward. read more
