From now on, I am so happy to have my prints made locally in Maine at better quality, and for a better price. If you are a Maine artist relying on drop-ship or distant printers, I highly recommend using Print Bangor instead. It has made a world of difference for both my routine and business.

There was some confusion about the printing job and as I was traveling for business my schedule was packed. When I had a moment, which was after closing times, I called and hoped I got at least an answering machine. I got a live person, Elena. Not only did she go above and beyond by answering the phone after hours which was a lifesaver, she did everything in her power to get the job done by early next morning. The staff went early the next day to make sure the printing was on time for first thing in the morning, which was before the store was open. The job done as requested, no corners cut, even with the short turn around time.

I was then able to pick up the finished product after flying into Bangor. I was very relieved I could put my trust in a person and business at that particular time.

Don't let the tiny little building and strip-mall location fool you; this place is one of the most efficient UPS stores I've been to anywhere. It may not be big inside and yes, there was a wait (I was there over the lunch hour too), but the staff was moving things along as efficiently as possible (multitasking, honestly) and getting it all done. Also, doing all of the above--including the notary seal--was under $20, which was amazing!

It wasn't expected, but appreciated; that's how a good business is run. Unfortunately, she is no longer our delivery driver. For the last year-ish, almost all of our FedEx deliveries are late or just disappear in transit. Of our last 5 deliveries, 4 were late and 1 was damaged at Bangor and undeliverable. Also, of those 5 deliveries, 3 were "Out for Delivery" only to not be delivered on that day. I will continue to complain to Walmart; maybe they will switch carriers; if they don't, I'll have to cancel my Walmart+ membership as there is no benefit to having something delivered if it's a guess-fest as to whether the item will arrive and/or if it will arrive on time.

I was received and serviced by Adam who proceeded to install the spacers as I watched. The job was done well. I learned a little bit about framing and went home with a professionally mounted photograph. In addition to that, I got to chat with Adam as he worked. It turns out that he is also a talented canvas painter. He clearly enjoys what he is doing for a living. It is truly refreshing to interact with a young professional artist who enjoys his work.
