But under time constraints we couldn't just bubble wrap it ourselves and put it in the original box size Rachel had identified, so agreed to the upcharge, feeling resentful of the bait and switch. But a day or two later Rachel called to say that when she went to pack it, she was actually able to fit it fine in the original size box the way we had discussed, and that she was refunding the difference in price!
