I instinctively whipped into the ER entrance of NE Baptist as this hospital holds special memories for us. I hopped out and ran in to get another bandage. This little gem was there in the ER and not only gave us a bandage but came to the car to put it on. We were so impressed as she didn't have to do that. Thank you so much, Rae--NE Methodist is fortunate to have you working for them! She deserves recognition.

She's had 4 previous cardiac surgeries. She has NEVER had issues. EVER! In this hospital, so far, there are atleast 10 people to fail at drawing blood AFTER they said she has great veins AND SAID THEY WILL NOT BE POKING HER IF THEY DO NOT FEEL CONFIDENT. They were even using an ultrasound and looking straight at the vein!! The first night a specialty guy came out from somewhere else to do it and thank God he did it. At one point a vein blew. Since the first day she was here only 3 very experienced people have succeeded and were shocked to hear other people couldn't. Also, last night my daughters heparin ran out and my daughter had just fallen asleep. The machine was beeping so loud and we called the nurse. No one responded to our call for atleast 15 min. Then took atleast 30 minutes to come by. I understand they get busy but the past 6 nights the nurses would come within 5 minutes. I'm glad we never left her alone. She had surgery and was at risk of falling. I'm just shocked, upset and we have decided we will NEVEF return to this hospital ever again if I have a choice! My daughter is leaving her looking like a drug addiction with track marks. Again, there are some very experienced people here and deserve a raise. There are others who should be fired!!!

To the Incredible Hospital Staff of Northeast Baptist Hospital,…read moreAs I reflect on my hospital stay from May 6 through May 19, I am filled with immense gratitude for the extraordinary care I received during one of the most challenging times of my life. Being admitted with severe anemia was frightening and overwhelming. Yet from the moment I arrived, every member of your team treated me not only as a patient, but as a person. Your kindness, compassion, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference in my recovery. There are simply not enough words to express how thankful I am for the care you provided. Each day, I was met with friendly smiles, encouraging words, and unwavering support. Whether administering treatments, drawing blood or taking vital signs, answering questions, providing comfort, delivering meals, cleaning my room, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, every act of kindness mattered. What could have been a long and difficult hospital stay became an experience filled with warmth, dignity, and hope. There were many moments when it felt less like I was staying in a hospital and more like I was being cared for by family. That feeling is something I will never forget. I would like to personally recognize the remarkable individuals who made such a difference during my stay: Emergency Department Staff/Hospitalist/Specialist: * Genevieve - ER Nurse * Dr. Feng - Hospitalist * Dr. Alluri - Hemotologist Charge Nurses/Nursing Staff: * Liezl [Neurosciences] * Paula [Neurosciences] * Deanna [Neuroscience] * Courtney [Neuroscience] * Vivian [Oncology] * Shanee [Oncology] * Liz [Oncology] * Joey [Oncology] * Brenda [Oncology] * Selina [Oncology] * Rebecca [Oncology] * Ruben [Oncology] * Buddy [Oncology] * Liza [Oncology] Nursing Assistants / Patient Care Technicians: * Natalie [Neuroscience] * Tera [Neuroscience] * Ubaldo [Oncology] * Amy [Oncology] * Terry [Oncology] * Becky [Oncology] * Grace [Oncology] Culinary / Dietary Department: * Chris * Norma Housekeeping Department: * Linda [Oncology] Phlebotomists: * Cam [Neuroscience] * Brisa [Oncology] To every doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, charge nurse, technician, therapist, housekeeper, dietary team member, volunteer, and support staff member who crossed my path during those two weeks, thank you. You are true lifesavers. Your dedication, compassion, and commitment to caring for others are nothing short of remarkable. Because of your efforts, I felt safe, supported, respected, and cared for every single day. Please know that your hard work does not go unnoticed. The impact you have on patients and their families extends far beyond hospital walls, and I will carry my appreciation for each of you for the rest of my life. Thank you for helping me heal, for lifting my spirits, and for reminding me of the incredible difference that caring people can make. With deepest gratitude and appreciation, Robert Montgomery

This time last week I was called and given an apology about miscommunication about my overdue balance and I was good to go for my up coming appointment which is today 12/31/21. I'm here and again with the over due bill now it's from 2018 not to mention that I've been here 2019-2020 and was never told about this so called bill so I start asking questions as I should and Kim brings her rude self up to the window and says she doesn't like my attitude while slamming her fist into her hand, then tells me "I ain't tryna take your money you should be glad some patients pay more" then she says either pay the money or find another doctor. While storming off to another room still talking crap. Needless to say if I didn't need my refills I would of went else where but I for sure will not be returning.

Not only did Dr. Naik blatantly disregard everything my wife said from the moment she started taking a health history, she was outrightly disrespectful and not understanding of same-sex marriages. At one point she said that just because we were married didn't mean that we should stop testing for STIs because those happen in same sex relationships as well-- totally insinuating that we were promiscuous or otherwise unfaithful. Incredibly disrespectful, did not listen to her patients, spent next to no time in the exam room, and IS NOT LGBT+ friendly.
