We got quotes from a few places, but Michael was the only person who offered an in-home estimate. Michael & co were clear about how long the work would take, showed up when they said they would, and sent us pictures after staining and after the first coat of polyurethane. Their attention to detail really shows, and they did a great job wrapping appliances and smoke detectors too and generally cleaning up after themselves. We're thrilled with the final results, and we would absolutely use RI Floor Planing again.
