However, as I couldnt use he fixture as it was labeled for installation, I followed the directions for a return per the company's return policy on their website. I never even unpacked it. It took a week to get a return authorization. When I finally received the return authorization it said a 25% restocking fee will be charged. I was very upset but when I called them about it, they did then send a call tag and make me whole.

We were super excited to find Legrand light switches we had never seen before. Legrand makes a variety of "touch" (pressure like an iPhone screen) and motion activated where you wave your hand by to turn on and off switches (as well as many others). These particular switches are a game changer for those with physical disabilities who have difficulty turning switches on/off, something my wife has trouble doing. We were even able to get one that has a dimmer control for our recessed ceiling. The sales person was attentive and helped walk us through price quotes and determining our fan size. The ceiling fan looks great (it isn't ugly like most ceiling fans I've seen!) and works great. The only issue we had was a way off underestimated shipping time when we ordered and the date kept changing when they said would receive the switches, making us delay our electrician and project a bit. Obviously with the CoVid pandemic this was understandable to some extent, but we felt communication could have been better to track and update the delivery date for us. When I brought this up with management they apologized and offered a discount, which I appreciated. I recommend Fogg lighting for quality products-we will be going back for exterior lights in the future rather than buying some at big box stores that will not last.

I found him because I was in a pinch…read more During a backsplash install, the tile guy had an issue with an outlet that I needed to resolve ASAP before he could finish. I called around to several area electricians, some didn't return my calls, and some just blew me off. When I called Chris, he called me back within an hour, and he was at my house later that day! I also had several light fixtures that I needed to have installed, and he was able to get that done as well. I've also had Chris wire cable jack and outlet above my fireplace to be able to mount a TV, and also wire for and install sconces in my dining area. Chris is a fantastic communicator, which I value tremendously. I would very highly recommend Chris to anyone in the Greater Portland area who needs an electrician!
