I first used Ryan's services after I was referred to him by another contractor. I needed Ryan to…read moresand and finish all of the white oak floors in my parents' 1950's home as we prepared it for sale. Ryan was professional throughout the process, gave good advice, put together a fair estimate, showed up when promised, and completed the job on time. During the process Ryan made recommendations for some small bits of extra work which made all the difference in restoring the floors to their original beauty. Ryan was also very careful about cleanliness during a process which is very messy. I would recommend Ryan to my friends and family and will use him again if the occasion arises. Ryan also installs wood floors and given his work in refinishing I would definitely give him the opportunity to install a new floor.

Ryan's Hardwood Flooring was a good company when it was owned by Ryan. It is no longer owned by…read moreRyan, there is no Ryan anymore. The company is now owned by Matt and Willow, who are not capable of running their own business. We just bought a house that had gorgeous hard wood floors in them put in by Ryan's Hardwood Flooring. We wanted carpet taken out of 3 rooms and wood put in to match what was there. Matt came to the house and said he could do this. He didn't tell me that he now owned the company or that there was no Ryan anymore. He was deceptive and misleading. He promised something that he could not do at all. He put in the 3 new floors and the color was night and day to the original floors. He also did a screen and recoat on the original floors and sanded too far and stripped the color off the beautiful floors. He said he could "patch" it which looked AWFUL! We told him the only way to fix it was to sand it all down and redo it all with the same stain. We had to really fight him, but he finally did it. It looks terrible. We have cracks in the floors, bubbles in the finish, no floor in part of a closet, sctratches in the wood, and total difference in wood color. NEVER use this company if you want your floors to be done right!

My wife sent the first two packing because they said they needed to replace the whole mechanism for 650$ and 1100$, respectively. These came after those two, looked at it and did the job. Disassembled the rod, pulleys, cables, cleaned it, reassembled and lubricated the whole system. It was a small fraction of the other two, and was pretty much in line with what I was expecting the job to be. Hard to find good techs who know what they're doing and are honest about the business. The tech was Chris, I believe. Very courteous and professional. 5 Stars.

My sales rep (Marc) came out to our home and measured everything and made some nice recommendations about Raynor products that would compliment our home. Working with Marc we chose the Rock Creeke doors. We also had an old door that came off the track and the Raynor service team came out and repaired that door at no cost, if we purchased new doors which we did. We ordered the doors in the winter and Raynor agreed to store them for us so we could hold off on the install until the Spring - they are so flexible when it comes to working with the needs of their customers. The speed and efficiency of the install team was top notch. They showed up 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and finished the install of two new doors and openers in about three hours. After the install they went over all the operation and answered all of our questions. There was no debris or even any dust left behind and they disposed of the old doors and hardware. I really love the Raynor belt driven openers and powder coated tracks. Everything is so smooth and quiet compared to my old set up. Raynor is highly recommended from me. John and Chris were pros throughout the install - they covered everything from A to Z. You can do your own research about the high quality of Raynor doors but beyond that, the entire team at Raynor Door Authority is amazing to work with.
