Had my '67 Mustang with NEC for over a year, and I took it back 2 additional times for fixes. They completely did full body work and paint. They charged me a reasonable amount for the work they promised to do and the quality they guaranteed, I did not receive that level of quality. It looks great from 10 feet away, but up close there are multiple nibs, bubbles, cracks, drips and pin size holes. The car was a full restoration and the interior was brand new before dropping pff, including the wiring, gauges and dash. Every time they painted, even the fixes, they left the interior full of dust and they sprayed primer on my new TMI seats. They claimed they could get the paint stains off, but never did. They talked me into removing the drip rails and convinced me it was going to look smooth and sleek. It was a mess, with gaps the first time I received it, after I took it back to fix, they did not fix the mess only the gaps, and over-sprayed leaving a noticeable line where they tried to ouch it up. They promised that they would remove all separate pieces and paint separately and then put back together, they did not. Pieces eventually cracked away from the body. They even sprayed primer over my chrome trim and could not even properly replace my windshield trim. I would not trust them with any car, especially a classic metal car. I do have a warranty, but do no trust them to fix, considering they had 2 separate chances and could not complete the work. Their communication is ridiculous, will completely ghost you for days via email, phone and text. Will even set appointments to review the vehicles progress and then not show up to the shop. Also was told they would precisely line up the doors, hood, trunk and fenders, they did none of that. read more

My daughter wrecked her car and we only had liability. They towed the vehicle for us the day we called and had the car repaired like new by Friday of the next week. Very fair pricing and an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone needing body work. read more

I took my Land Rover Defender here to add some custom LED lights and they damaged one of the vehicle sensor when they attempted to remove the bumper. I brought my vehilce back to them a few days later to inquire about the sensor and was told by one of the manager that the sensor was okay and the driver assistance system needed to be recalibrated because the sensor was removed from the old bumper and added to the new bumper. They recommended I take the vehicle to the dealership to have it recalibrated. I took the vehilce to the Land Rover dealership and they inspected the sensor. I was told the issue came from someone damaging one of the front parking sensor when the new bumper was installed. They showed me the physical damage to the sensor. I agreed to the repairs and the recalibration and have attempted to contact Northeast Custom Collision on several occassions and they have not contacted me. Therefore, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They cannot be trusted to do honest and quality work. The manager knew they damaged the sensor, however, he lied to say it was a calibration issue that they dont do in their shop. read more

These guys did exactly what they said they were going to do, their timeframe was accurate and I don't feel like they over promised even once which is extremely common and incredibly frustrating. They were personable and friendly and very communicative about what was going on with my repair. This experience couldn't have been any better I don't know why it is so hard for more businesses to operate this way but they definitely earned my repeat business should I need anything else. They repaired a door handle on my Ford F250 that was broken into and unlike multiple other places I called didn't try to charge me a price I could have bought a whole new door for. poor customer service...I had to wait several months before i was told to bring my car for paint.my car was left out in the rain for two weeks ..in the rain with plastic covering open windows.(race car) exposed high dollar parts. Abraham gave the excuse of cars waiting on hail damage repair (waiting for insurance checks-not being worked on)..i paid my money up front....i picked up my car with no explanation..no work done. my father had his car painted....it was not properly prepped..chrome moldings were expoyed on...not clipped ...paint fell off within a week...also had suspension work done....the parts werent new...had to be replaced...elsewhere...very disappointed... read more
