Car in worse condition that wen picked up. The service advisor we worked with, Eric Walkup (maybe spelled wrong) is the absolute worse. He is inconsiderate and very inappropriate. The headlights didn't work and he said and I quote, "it might be a lil dark to drive with no lights lol". The service team at Jordan for told them the car didn't work, and now the collision center is tell us that it might not be their fault. I would not recommend this place at all. Vehicle was brought here after accident. I had no idea it was related to Jordan Ford as Ford is not in the name. They said they could fix my kind of car but when I got it back parts were falling off as they were not the correct parts for my vehicle. Had I not opened all doors, hood, and compartments I would not have noticed for several weeks maybe months. They fixed the problem but denied any wrong doing. Treated me as if it was my fault for noticing. A few months ago a friend brought in a vehicle for repairs and they put the wrong color part on his vehicle. At least they used the right kind of part. I called asking about the services and was told the vehicle gets inspected by the people in the back. I assume the mechanics? Not sure what they inspected as it sure wasn't the same vehicle they repaired. read more

When my F-250 truck was damaged by some flying debris from a highway tractor/shredder, I dreaded the thought of taking it to a body shop. However, my experience with Jordan Collision Center far exceeded my expectations. Megan worked with the insurance adjuster to process my claim. She told me that it would probably take about two weeks to get the supplemental claims approved, order the parts and complete the work. During the process she would call me and keep me apprised of the progress. She is awesome to work with! They completed the work in 13 days. I was extremely satisfied with their workmanship and the professionalism of the staff. I have used Jordan Ford and Collision since I moved to San Antonio in 1997. I have purchased several cars/trucks from them and have used the collision repair shop. I have had really good service UNTIL NOW. Gary, the service advisor at the collision repair facility is the worst! He never answers his phone when called and without fail (not kidding), returns my call minutes later saying he was just "out back" checking up on the status of my car. They have had my car for over 30 days. He makes promises and blames service staff for not making deadlines. As of this writing, we expected the car to be ready this morning, then early afternoon and now it been pushed to late afternoon. We shall see. Good luck! read more

Don't trust these guys very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing! Tore my vehicle up took them several months lied about parts they put on it and had to take it back because it was undrivable and unsafe! Had to take it to another shop to have everything corrected because the parts they put On were broken and almost caused me to have a very bad accident! When brought to their attention it was made to be a joke, I wouldn't trust them to work on a bicycle! Gary has no clue what he is doing and management is an even bigger issue!!!! They sucked my policy dry and didn't even fix my vehicle. Said it came in like this so we left it like this brake lines ran through Coolsprings that were falling off the frame is not the way you leave a vehicle and it never came in that way have all pictures to prove that is what in the world were they thinking! When I got my vehicle back it had been wrecked several times and had been crushed by the lift and their responses we know what we're doing, well apparently you don't! I was able to drive it down the road for the axle they installed to completely break on me and leave me on the side of the highway almost in a serious accident. I was sent there by Geico after a fender bender. They were friendly however they called me to let me know when my car was finished and I showed up to pick it up - it wasn't finished. No one contacted me to let me know the status of my car had changed. Then when I called the next day to check if it was actually complete, the phone just kept ringing. I came to Jordan Ford after a car accident and was told that this was the best collision Ford shop in San Antonio. I DON'T THINK SO!!!! Where do I begin. Let me first start with Pam. I called her on 02/20/18. She was supposed to be handling our repair but failed since she was on vacation and NEVER passed it along to anyone. After several days of calling, leaving countless voicemails and no one even knowing about my vehicle I finally got passed along to Bruce on 03/08/18. Bruce called me to let me know he was taking over my claim and that a STATE FARM rep would be out. Now let's face it all insurance company's are out to save themselves money and not help the consumer. Especially when you're not the policyholder. Anyways, it's been over 2 weeks and FINALLY today 03/12/2018 Bruce calls my husband to let him know that they wouldn't be working on his vehicle after all. His reason was because of some repairs that were done somewhere else however JORDAN FORD service department worked on it 2 months earlier for warranty issues. Like many others I received extensive hail damage due to the summer storms. USAA suggested I use Jordan Collision. They were quite backed up with other hail damages, but figured as I only had body damage I could wait. A few weeks after I initially called, I was going out of town for a few days and Bruce was able to fit me in early. He kept me updated on the progress of my car as it was being repaired. That and itself was great customer service. However, the day I picked up my vehicle, I stopped to get gas on the way home, and my battery died. Frantic and not knowing what to do, I called Bruce for help. He and Travis came to my rescue, jumped my car, and even followed me to get a replacement battery. I came to Jordan Collision to have my vehicle repaired after a bad hail storm. I constantly had to call to get the status of repairs for my vehicle and I wouldn't get return calls the same day or day after. As for repairs, I was extremely disappointed at the workmanship and care used to repair my vehicle. I had to take my vehicle back and it still was not repaired correctly. The employee who helped me was not at all professional and stated "we are done here!" She was not willing to look at the items we had complaints about and kept pointing fingers that the vehicle had damage prior to repairs. The price charged to my insurance was a ridiculous amount and to no avail were the items pointed out repaired to my satisfaction. I wasn't expecting a new vehicle but I did expect my vehicle to look better than the condition it was given back to me. Only a few items were fixed after they were pointed out and needless to say the paint job was sub par. I still have over spray on my bumper from the paint job which was pointed out the second time we took it back but because they are done with us, it is still looking bad. If at all possible go to a reputable body shop that is going to provide friendly customer service and repairs that are done correctly. read more
