    Tried to get supplies from them. Dealt with someone on the phone who was not informed and could…read morenot answer any basic questions. Was then put through to the owner, Anita, who basically said it would be too much trouble to help us in our situation and she wouldn't take an order form us. Guess I will take my $20,000 per month order to a place that actually cares and wants to help people. Whatever you do, AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ANY CHANCE YOU CAN!!! Very condescending and unhelpful, and this was only speaking to them twice which was two too many times

    Very poor customer service from the woman named Susan at the front desk, who was very rude,…read moredismissive and short with me! It was apparent that she could care less for my business and told me that she couldn't help me because my insurance company was closed for lunch at that time. (Untrue) do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here! Also she never even stood up to greet me from behind her desk that was behind service counter! She was not wearing a mask during this pandemic! But they did have a sign posted for mask wearing! I will use every opportunity to deter people from this awful place! I also asked to speak with the owner and she would not allow me that, stating that she was unavailable and wouldn't even take any of my information so that she could get back to me! Update: The owner called me personally to apologize on behalf of her company and ensured me that she would speak to Susan so that an incident like mine doesn't happen again for future business. She was very apologetic and sincere. I am giving them another chance and I will not interact with Susan upon future visits if she is working at the time. Susan needs to be fired or at minimum re-trained to be suitable for working with customers.
