There's a pharmacy attached and it leads right to a very new and shiny waiting room! When I came in there was no wait at all! I'm talking like 5 minutes tops! Doesn't get any quicker then that! Dr. Leung was very informative, friendly and professional! He even helped me get the best option and was honest on how ridiculous pricing is for meds. He seemed like he really knew his stuff. The pharmacist, Brent was super friendly as well! Making conversation and all that good stuff. Five stars for sure for this place! They are even having a female physician come on board in March so keep that in mind as well! Definitely recommend this place!

Then one of the receptionists asked us if we were using our phones and we both answered no. We had our phones out but not in use - we were not even looking at our phones at all. He's abrupt and has the worst bedside manner that I've ever encountered in a doctor. I come from a family of medical practitioners who are specialists in the practice of oncology and Pediatric pulmonology plus a slew of nurses and I know how stressful their job is but this dude is so unprofessional and dismissive. My family doctor just retired and we are just waiting for the patient file transfer to another doctor. I'm thinking it may just be better to go into the emergency room at any hospital compared to this doctor and clinic. I will give 0 star, unfortunately it doesn't have that option. The staff more than makes up for this doctor's bad manners though I don't think OHIP should be charged anything for this dreadful consultation - if you could even call it that.

I originally booked an appointment through Specialty Rx Pharmacy for a COVID-19 antigen test. When I arrived at the pharmacy, I was directed over to Ellesmere Healthcare Centre to check in. I got Joan at reception, who was the sweetest woman. I indicated that I had an appointment at 10:45 am. She found me and asked that I fill out a short form. The last question in a series of five was a trick. Most of the questions had me answer no. The last one asked, "Are you fully vaccinated?" I checked no accidentally. Oops! We got that straightened out. You do need to provide proof that you are you. A passport or driver's licence work. I provided the latter. Done! I had already provided my health card details online, so I didn't need to flash that. It was strange, but I'm guessing that my driver's licence proof reinforced my health card information. She confirmed that I was travelling to the States. You do need to have this antigen test within 72 hours before your departure. She had to think about my situation. I said that it was more like 52 hours. We both chuckled, as she implied that math was not her strong suit. She entered my information into the system. I had added my credit card information online, but her payment system was down. We settled payment at the pharmacy, which was smooth and seamless. When she was ready, we headed over to a medical room. She let me know that I could keep my mask on, but to lower it enough for her to swab both nostrils. She used a swab with a brush tip. She swabbed and it felt like a tickle, but without my bursting out in laughter. It was oddly enjoyable. Who knew?! She let me know that it would take ten minutes for my test result. She said that I could come back in ten minutes. I indicated that I'd wait in the waiting area, which was cool with her. Sure enough, ten minutes later, she had my printed report ready. She had also sent me a digital version of it. She asked that I look over all details to make sure that everything was good. It was. I wished her a great day. She wished me a safe trip. It was such a great experience. This clinic does take patients. It doesn't take walk-in patients, but you can book an appointment to see a doctor. The clinic is clean. The pharmacy and clinic are under one roof without any walls when you are inside. Both businesses have separate entrances. I'm guessing that it's a design trend these days. There is plenty of parking at this plaza. I wish that Chatime were open when I was there. I'll need to come back and check it out, along with the other stores. I'd return here for future antigen tests for travel. The report quality is perfect and it was $39. (429)

The…read more4-story building is located right at the NW corner of Finch and Midland, in that plaza with all kinds of quick eats and restaurants! Hence, people often complain that there are not enough parking spots, and they are right! But never fear, there are plenty more parking spots BEHIND the restaurants in that plaza... just go in from Midland Avenue. It is quite a lively building, with people going in and out at all hours. There is a pharmacy and a post office conveniently located on the main floor. Once it is past the building opening hours, the main doors automatically lock! The only way you can get out is from the back door near the stairways. Yes, I've seen people madly trying to get out at off hours, getting very frustrated, panicking, banging and pushing on the doors (and swearing!) o_o **NOTE: Please use the back door ** The management keeps the building very clean, inside and out. They have cleaners cleaning throughout the day. The directory is clearly displayed, making it easy for people to find where they are looking for. ** Another thing to NOTE is that there is a 3 hour parking limit during building opening hours ** Management strictly keeps tabs on every vehicle, so be sure not to go past the limit or you'll be fined by a parking enforcement officer for overtime parking at private property. Going through the immigration process is long, long, and long!…read more ATCC doctors is a team of physicians approved by the Government of Canada (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) to pre-screen the health of applicants. The final step of the process is to go from the offices of ATCC Doctors at 4002 Sheppard Ave E to this lab located at 2330 Kennedy Rd across the street on the north west corner of the same intersection. Room 209 for LifeLabs was CLOSED at noon on New Years Eve so we're back today on 4-Jan-2021 only to find out that an appointment is required; next available time-slot is six hours from now. Ugh!!!! Back in six hours.... The wait and the blood & urine procedure for HIV along with Syphilis testing took 10 minutes. Fee: $34. Results were electronically transmitted to the ATTC case Physician. Overall, this part of the process was disjointed from the previous testing steps and should have been explained by ATTC Doctors. Yes, it's not totally the fault of LifeLabs. Staff at this lab are efficient, but notably rude; from the check-in person to the 2 other technicians. I would give LifeLabs 2 stars. They lose 1 star because they get daily referrals from ATTC Doctors and this lapse in a more streamlined customercentric process should not go unpublished.

I kid you not - this must be the most efficient, smooth, and pleasant blood work I've ever done. Maybe LifeLabs is getting a lot better now with the appointment booking system?

Patients arriving an hour after me were called, and I saw many walk in, fill out their clipboarded forms, see a doctor, and leave--ahead of me. When I checked with the recep, I was told I hadn't been passed over, that there were 2 doctors on duty and I might've been queued in a slower line, that my number was about to be called, etc. At least, the recep did admit she didn't know what was going on with the system and hadn't been keeping track of who came first. Initial estimate they gave me was 30 - 40 minutes. I'm sure the doctors are well-qualified and earnest there, but getting randomly ignored for 2 hours makes it hard to recommend this clinic. Especially when you're in pain, about which I'd made known to the recep.
