They immediately started taking a look at my machine and trying to help me until their service technician was able to come in. prior to today, even their customer service while on the phone was exceptional and Tom, their service technician, even called me on his personal cell phone to try to help me over the phone to figure out what was wrong with my machine. they were very quick knowing that I had some projects that I really needed to get done, and even brought my machine out to my car when it was done to help from having to wake up my baby and get him out of the car!
