During the consultation, Denise answered all of our questions and really took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish. She gave us suggestions on products, placements and effect, but it never felt pushy or salesy. She provided a comprehensive bid, with pictures, so that we could see what she was recommending. She was conscious of budget and gave us suggestions on how to maximize effect while not maximizing cost. She was honest with us about what she believed would look the best, but was open to discussion and alternatives. With regard to budget, we had received competing bids, with nowhere near the same level of service, that were significantly higher. Once we agreed on the bid, she and Brian came to the house at night with battery powered lights so that we could see exactly what it would look like. We made a few changes during that session and Denise quickly provided an updated bid. Product was ordered and Tyler was out to install within about 2 weeks. Following the install, Denise and Brian came back out at night to do some final adjustments. It has transformed how our property looks at night. My daughter commented that the back yard looks like "something you would see at a fancy hotel." We loved it so much we are already planning to add some additional sections. He was present when the insurance company came to inspect the roof. Which was comforting. The best materials and colors were agreed on. The crew was exceptionally careful of our property, landscaping, wooden decks, & hot tub. Our roof is large and on a steep cliff. There were 17 men on the crew that worked non stop. Our roof was completely finished in one day. Everything was cleaned up carefully. I'm absolutely excited to bring my clients back. The wood wall vignette was my favorite. Everything in it was gorgeous. The smart use of technology meant that there where no new wires or holes in our walls. Not only did we get some great new technology, but also saved money over a more traditional installation. Premier Lighting Solutions performed multiple smaller jobs to add all the existing lights in our living areas to our Lutron network, and now we have numerous options to control different zones and create moods throughout our house.
