He even made it possible for us to get our water systems installed on a Saturday. Otherwise it would've been a lot longer to wait. 2nd- I got two other estimates for other water filtration systems and they weren't the quality of culligan AND much more expensive. I scheduled with one installer with another company and he had excuses why he didn't make it twice. Folks don't even bother with the others because they're not the quality that culligan systems are and in some cases twice as expensive. We got the best systems they make from culligan and they beat the stuffings outta the other brands. Hands down!!

It was the equivalent of a small vial pool chemical test. Which is fine. But it's a drop of this. A drop of that. It did not seem like the most scientific water evaluation. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

Shortly after we disconnected my fridge from the water line that was hooked up to our water heater-water started gushing on top of my heater from the valve! That's when I called Fletchers-I was so distraught! PJ was friendly and beyond compassionate to my never ending disaster with this other project. He fixed the leak then had to come back later that night for our bathrooms to replace our valves due to leaks (I called 5 minutes before they closed and he still took the call on a FRIDAY!) Thank you PJ for your selfless dedication to my home! I will be using you again.

All that was needed to fix my problem was to tighten the nut that compresses the packing material that is in the valve. If he had just done that and was honest, I wouldn't be writing this review,. But he obviously took me for a sap, and tried to milk me for as much as he could. I can NOT recommend Fletcher's Plumbing
