So now it took me 9 weeks to finally see the doctor. Now I have seen the doctor and am waiting for a call to get the surgery scheduled. It has been 2 weeks and no call. I am learning that to see a doctor and get a health issue taken care of is ridiculous. Once again, once there the experience was just fine.

I have been a patient here for several years, and every single appointment with him feels like an inconvenience to him. He is consistently rude, impatient, dismissive, and visibly annoyed the moment he walks into the room. I have never dealt with a doctor who seems so miserable and frustrated just doing his job. His bedside manner is awful, and over the years it has become clear that he cares less and less about his patients and more about rushing people out the door. It honestly makes the entire experience uncomfortable and discouraging. It's disappointing because the rest of the staff is wonderful, but one person's attitude can completely change the experience.

I reported it to the nurse who was taking care of me after the injection and the doctor came in and said nothing he did caused that. He had been storytelling during the injection and the shock came when he was laughing. Follow u appointments and he still denied it. I asked if anything could be done and he said he would put in for physical therapy. He never did. Then my primary care physician said I could get an emg nerve study done. Why didn't IPS recommend that?

The surgery went well. Afterward, he and his office helped me work through an issue with a smaller local pharmacy I had been using to adjust my pain management, and responded quickly, and caringly, getting me in to see the doctor when I was worried about some swelling. I feel very confident in his medical skills, and just a very helpful, really nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone. I had a great experience all around.

Totally thorough and does not make you feel like you are taking too long to explain your concerns. At the same time, he is also super efficient, making excellent use of time so he can ensure you understand everything and feel at ease before you leave. Gosh I am so upset my insurance changed and I can no longer go back to him, but if I can again in the future, I will. If he were still my dr, I'd say don't go to him so I could keep him all to myself haha. This doctor is nice, has great advice, and gets the job done. My husband went to Noelle Gunn and we really liked her as well. She likes to get to the bottom of things, which is really great to finally find out what is wrong, when so many other doctors drag things out. He is also really bummed to lose her due to our insurance change. Staff could be a tad bit more kind and personable. You may be on hold for a bit when you call, but at least they answer the phone. When I speak to them, I usually get the feeling that they are in a rush to hang up. Also wish this office had an after hours nurse to speak to in case of emergencies.
