The booking process was easy, and the team who runs it is very responsive. I'd use this venue again! The only things to note in terms of whether or not the venue will work for you are as follows: The "Sky box" room has a steep flight of stairs to access, no elevator. The bathroom is separated by a curtain, no wall, so ti is not soundproof. That was fine for us, as it was a busy party with lots of background noise so it was private enough.

It also gets a lot of beautiful natural light and there is free street parking. Only one thing is that no one is there while you shoot so if someone randomly rings the doorbell to see the place for a impromptu tour, they may call you to ask and let them in. When you're in a groove or a time crunch it's kind of an inconvenience. That doesn't deter my 5 starts tho because the price and everything was clean and in good shape and just overall great space for my food photography!

We rented the green screen studio and the accompanying dressing room had plenty of space & seating and good lighting for the MUA. The space was comfortable. The rates are comparable. The value was great. The bathrooms were immaculate, as was the large kitchen. Everyone wore their masks and there was Clorox products around. There is a rear load in door so it was very easy to get our equipment in and out. There were two really nice attendants when I got there who unfortunately I cannot remember their names. But they got us set up and made sure our music and temps were good. James closed us out and was great. My first point of contact on the phone, Daniel was super patient & attentive. He made the booking process a pleasure. What can I say, my client who is an A list celeb was happy so I am happy. Will definitely book here again. The lighting was great and I had a last minute request for a big fan and the fellas did not flinch to get it for us. Very nice experience.
