I'm glad the first place didn't answer. Hecker Video is a small business based in New York state whose Georgia branch was started when one of their guys, Alan, moved to Kennesaw a few years ago. The time of the year and number of videos you have to be transferred will obviously make a difference in turnaround time, but for my one video just prior to the start of the holiday rush, I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. Alan finished the job faster than I expected, and now I have a gift for my wife that I know she will enjoy.
