Living in Mill City, Oregon, where finding reliable electricians can be quite the challenge, we struck gold when we connected with Northside Electric. And let me tell you--it was an absolute game-changer! Top-Notch Service: Kota of Northside Electric delivered a 5-star job that exceeded our expectations. Not only did Kota tackle the task at hand with expertise, but they also went the extra mile. When a missing part threatened to slow things down, Kota didn't hesitate--they zipped over to Salem and returned the same day to finish the job. Talk about dedication! Seamless Installation: We had an interlock kit installed with a transfer switch, and the result? Pure magic. The installation looks seamless--like it was meant to be there all along. Kota's attention to detail and craftsmanship truly shines through. Cleanliness and Consideration: But wait, there's more! Not content with just doing their electrical wizardry, Kota took it upon themselves to vacuum up and leave the work area spotless. And get this--they even called ahead to ensure their return wouldn't disturb our 18-month-old. Now that's thoughtfulness in action! Wholehearted Recommendation: Without a doubt, we'd recommend Northside Electric and Kota to anyone in need of electrical services. Their professionalism, skill, and genuine care for their clients set them apart. If you're looking for an electrician who not only gets the job done but also leaves your space better than they found it, Northside Electric is your go-to. Thank you, Kota and Northside Electric, for making our electrical project stress-free and downright delightful. You've earned our wholehearted recommendation! read more

Northside Electric has been an outstanding partner for our team and continues to come through for us time and time again. We work with Northside on everything from large, complex school retrofits and upgrade projects to smaller HVAC installations requiring electrical support. Regardless of the size of the job, they bring the same level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to getting it done right. Today was another perfect example. We needed help in a pinch to get a project across the finish line, and Northside stepped up without hesitation and helped make it happen. That kind of partnership is incredibly valuable in our business. A huge shoutout to Crystal and Kallie on the dispatch side. They are amazing at balancing schedules, communicating, and finding ways to support us when things inevitably change in the field. And Trase is the man onsite -- knowledgeable, dependable, solutions-focused, and just great to work with. Northside doesn't feel like just another subcontractor or vendor. They operate like a true partner and an extension of our team. We genuinely appreciate everything they do for us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for projects large or small. Five stars all the way! read more

We had an outstanding experience with Northside Electric on our recent generator install. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly well communicated. They installed a Generac home standby generator at our home, and the quality of work was top-notch. What really stood out was the level of service and communication throughout the project--everything was clearly explained, timelines were met, and there were no surprises. A huge credit goes to Nate Scharer, who managed the project. Nate was responsive, organized, and made sure everything stayed on track from start to finish. I also want to recognize Jeff, the technician who walked us through the system. He took the time to explain everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way and made sure we felt completely comfortable with how everything works. That level of care and attention really stood out. If you're considering a generator install or any electrical work, I highly recommend Northside Electric. Exceptional team, exceptional service, and a result we feel great about. -Kim & Jason Herber read more

I was referred by another contractor to use Northside Electric and I am grateful for a job well done. Scott arrived on time and was able to switch my outlet and replace with new workings within one hour. He as courteous and professional and when asked questions, he never hesitated to ensure I understood. However, being a person with little experience in hiring for work, I wanted to post this to help others who do not have the knowledge to ask the right questions. When I had called, it was my understanding that the cost was $103.00 per hour and I was happy with that price. To my surprise, I was billed $211.25 and when asked, Scott advised that the time begins when he heads out to a client's home. So, when you hire a company to do work, be sure to ask them when the hourly rate begins. Being retired and on SSN, the extra $100.00 was not in my budget. Lesson learned... read more

we had some new smoke detectors installed by Northside 8 month ago or so and all of a sudden they started going off at all hours of the day and night for no reason that we could determine. My husband called and they sent an electrician out the same day to see what was happening. Remington (the electrician) was just fantastic! he installed all new detectors, showed my husband which circuit controlled them, and even noticed sme ants in one of the detector locations and put an ant bait cartridge in to alleviate that situation! Northside is a great company and we will recommend them to everyone. And we are especially impressed by Remington and really appreciate all he did for us! read more

We had some electrical work needed in our home for sometime. After attempting to contact various companies with either no response or being told they are not taking on any more work, we contacted Northside Electric. They were courteous, professional and scheduled us. Bub (sp?) showed promptly on the appointed day/time. He was exceptional and addressed our various wiring requests and issues. He also made suggestions that were excellent. We are very happy with the service Northside provided and would highly recommend them. read more

Best electrical trade we have ever used! We called and he was here within a week. Our guy was fast and thorough, had everything he needed on his truck, communicated very well before and during his installation and came in well under the competition's quotes He showed me exactly what the equipment would cost and his labor and in fact he finished early and wouldn't charge for the entire hour. Absolutely recommend and will use them again! read more
